I’m the CTO at Nikshow. We provide a special scientist show for children’s parties like birthdays.

What challenge were you trying to address with Deerada?

We’ve worked with several agencies in the past. Unfortunately, the previous one didn’t provide adequate advertising services. They developed our website, but we hadn’t been receiving as many calls from clients who found us through the site as we expected. We needed to hire a more capable team.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Deerada created more effective Google Ads and SEO than we’d had in the past.  Deerada designed and developed another version of our website. They recommended new processes for our social media advertising, and we agreed to have them manage our accounts like Facebook and Instagram. 

The team updated our site’s design three separate times. They also manage Google Ads. Now, we’re starting another project together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The final site Deerada delivered covers our needs 100%. We’ve seen an increase in the number of phone calls coming from our site that have brought in direct sales. Users like the site from a design and development perspective. We get a lot of positive feedback. 

Our Google Ad campaign the team led works perfectly. We’ve been able to cut expenses for advertising. The work Deerada provided for our Facebook and Instagram accounts brought in more calls, as well.

How did Deerada perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via phone and Skype. Once we agree on a new scope of work, they provide an estimate. We either accept the quote or make changes to our requirements. Deerada gives us advice that helps us extend our budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Deerada provides great suggestions. Their idea to use social media has brought in more calls and clients. They’re a good partner to have.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At times, Deerada switched the person who worked with us from their company. I’d like to have the same dedicated person and think that would improve our communication.

The goal was to create and launch a high-quality website that would meet contemporary design trends, load quickly, and be well-programmed.

They developed a website for our company, the task being to create a corporate site with no comparable analogs. It also needed to be easily understandable for our customers so that they could see our portfolio and get in touch with us easily.

The main project requirements were a unique design, a high-quality cross-browser design, the ability to administer all site elements, and the possibility of publishing case studies.

They assigned a project manager, a designer, and a programmer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site fully meets the goals we set before the Deerada team. We’ve launched it, and it’s live to public access.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The working process was very comfortable for us. There were no delays from Deerada’s side; everything was done in a timely manner in accordance with the set deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with their high quality of work, clear management, adherence to terms.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we just liked it all.
