A block with a voice message was placed on the vacancy page. There, key employees from different areas talk about the specifics of working at MegaFon and its principles.

As a result, we have a large HR portal where job seekers can not only find out about open vacancies but also get to know the company's corporate culture and values. The project is constantly developing and gaining new entities, which is why we are still working together.

We developed an inhouse platform to manage financial indices and struggled with usability of the system in some critical points. At some point it became obvious that a lot of heavy financial tables and too complex navigations had to be improved and design book was expected to be produced as a guideline for future developments. At this stage of the project we decided to involve professional experienced UI/UX designer from Chulakov's team.

There were several design concepts developed, and we chose the most modern and daring among them. It was updated later, and as a result, a website with its own unique identity was created, which became a worthy Company's image.

Apart from the website itself, the Studio’s specialists also created 3D models of drug packaging, illustrations, icons and animations.

Thanks to cooperation with the Studio, «Mirpharm» Company has increased its recognition on the Internet, as well as its conversion – the visitors started to spend more time on the website and became more actively interested in its content. Communication process with the Project Manager was comfortable and not complicated. He was in touch 24/7 on the telephone, email and messengers. We received full and complete replies to all the questions that we had.

We were impressed with the team’s creative approach to the task execution, outrageous design solutions and a high standard of performance.

Banners were accomplished in a short time, by expanding the project team. Accordingly, it has enabled us to prepare a project on time.

The project required in-depth analytical work. The first step was business analytics. The Studio's specialists worked in our offices, deeply immersing themselves in our processes, studying what we want as the end product, creating a list of screens with functionality descriptions. Usually, after analytics goes the stage of UX-architecture, but it was important for us to draw up a design concept beforehand.

The Studio cut a deal and we concurrently created a design concept and worked on UX-architecture. In terms of analytics, the Studio was not just a performer, but also acted as a product owner — the specialists convinced us what needs to be done, why exactly this way and not otherwise. We wanted to get a wow effect.

First we received positive feedback about the mobile application from the bank employees. Later we’ve brought out a soft-launch for clients. Now we still are collecting feedback from our users. For sure we can say that together we have achieved a wow effect.

I would like to note the efficiency and speed of communication. Task managers, of course, provide clarity in work processes, but a simple messenger brings speed and simplicity to communication.

Our team was fascinated with the Studio’s analysts. Thanks to them, this part of the work was incendiary and useful. The design team has offered interesting design solutions. They understand, modify, and give the result that we ourselves would achieve after some time. We are pleased to work with the Chulakov Studio and are ready to recommend it. But there were unplanned changes of management and development units during the project.

Now all marketing campaigns are directed to the website, the conversion became better. The main goal was to receive new orders and we are receiving them.

I felt that I’ve been cared for. The team was really interested to create the product at its best, responded to all comments, heard wishes and offered solutions, and the Project Manager was answering promptly regardless of the time and day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There were 2 cases where I gave deep respect to the Studio. First, when I’ve been communicating with the Project Manager out of her working time and regardless of her exhaustion she was always replying promptly, being polite and understanding.

The second story was when we applied changes to the web design and the designer demanded a meeting to defend the product from the perspective of usability and the design. That is something that says a lot about responsibility about end product.

Everything was great, there was only one question in terms of budget for this project.
