Based on our design and analytics, the Studio specialists designed and implemented a fast and responsive SPA application. Then they integrated it with the backend based on a RESTful API. Close interaction with the Studio's backend development team helped create a unique product that solves business problems online.

I am Dmitry Kuzmichev — the head of the corporate communications department at The Gazprombank. Gazprombank is one of the main universal financial institutions in Russia. Our company is one of the three banks in Russia and ranks third in Central and Eastern Europe in terms of capital.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chulakov Studio?

Our company released a new banking product — a mortgage on favorable terms. We decided to create a landing page that tells about the offer to the target audience. As we don’t have our own Digital Product Design & Development Department, we outsource such projects.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The offer of the Studio was the most economically advantageous tender.

Our project started with detailed analytics. Studio specialists studied our target audience, conducted in-depth interviews with respondents and modeled CJM. Based on the data obtained, the information architecture of the site and the first design layouts were created. We carried out several iterations, and each time the Studio team always promptly made our these corrections for us. We were able to finalize the design and get exactly the site we wanted as scheduled.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked in close cooperation with two employees of the Studio — a project manager and an art director, but I am aware that an analyst, a designer, a frontend developer, QA, illustrator and motion designer worked on the project too.

We received positive feedback from our clients: it was convenient to read the information on the site, calculate the mortgage conditions and leave an application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Studio Project Manager was proactive and constantly in touch. We always knew how the work on the project was going and received reports on the completion of the tasks on time.

Working with the Studio gave us only pleasant impressions. We would like to note that the team did everything efficiently and on time. We were pleasantly surprised by how the team was involved in the project and how interested it was in our success.
