I'm the owner of an animated studio. We create animated video content for B2B & B2C businesses.

At the time we had an old website that was created by a freelancer. It did the job in the startup phase of our business, but we needed something that would take us to the next level in terms of credibility and brand value.

How did you select Dee7 Studio OU and what were the deciding factors?

Dee7 Studio had a lot of impressive case studies, but what impressed me most was how their designs were strategic. They could explain the rational behind all of their past design work and design should be built to achieve strategic objectives.

We had a brand identity meeting where they went into meticulous detail about our customers, competitors, and our brand values - who we want to be, who we want to serve, and what we offer. From there, they presented branding proposals with clear rationale - everything had purpose, rather than being subjective.

This was the most important and impressive part for me. Following that, they built the landing page layouts and new logos, implemented our new design on Elementor on Wordpress, integrated new functionality like chat bots, and conifugred our back end SEO.

We worked with the Production Manager throughout this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

At the time, we were producing great work for clients, but our website & overall brand was really holding us back. You could tell our entire brand was built cheaply, and this came across. As a result of our new brand thank to Dee7, we had confidence to raise our pricing quite significantly.

Our revenue doubled, and I put a lot of this down to Dee7 - they made us a lot more premium, credible, and trustworthy.

Their project management style was excellent. They always kept us in the loop. We never had any confusion about what was coming next. They were also swift to implement any feedback, and always invited us to talk things through.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive was that they clearly had knowledge of what good, strategic design is, and they were not afraid to challenge me on my ideas. I would sometimes go to them with examples of other websites, and if they didn't agree that these examples would suit our business objectives, they would explain why. I felt very at ease.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No - I was very happy with everything.

I am the founder and marketing director at myherographic.com. It's a new brand for selling infographic design services as a product.

I hired Dee7 Studio, at saucesites.com to develop the branding, user experience design, web design, and web development with a marketing strategy to get new clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was a referral from a friend because she worked with them before. Communication is easy and fluid. They have a great process and guide me as a client through the whole process needing too much of my time. They are the experts and they get results.

1. The Questionaire. They sent me a short set of questions to build my target audience profile and determine the goals of my new service.
2.  The UX Design - From the answers, they built a wireframe and a mood board on how the website will look like.
3.  The Web Design - Next they designed the website and made it pretty.
4.  Development - from the design they built my website, using a tool called Webflow. I was impressed how it's easier than WordPress and it doesn't require any updates. We had a long meeting about that, and I am glad they presented that option.
5. Final presentation with a marketing plan - Finally they didn't just deliver, but also built a 6-month marketing plan on how to use the website and get clients.

In total, I worked with a project manager and an art director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The documentation was thrall and I could launch my new service with ease. After we implemented the strategy, clients started to convert and our sales increased 33% which is much more than I expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had virtual zoom meetings and they updated us with regular loom videos. Most feedback was through WhatsApp and email. Everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge they had about website design, user experience, and optimization. We appreciate that they were patient and thoughtful while we came up to speed.

We have worked with other agencies in the past, but this was a particularly collaborative and positive experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did a great job, I am very happy with the results, but there is always room for improvement.
