Create an website that provides companies to license videos and build their own collection through extended library. 

• Phase 1: Creation of technical specification document for development and design phase 
• Phase 2: Start working on the database architecture, backend structure, and building process of uploading of the video 
• Phase 3: User side of the app (front-end, logic for building the collection) 
• Phase 4: Admin side of the app (import content, manage users, manage subscriptions) 
• Phase 5: Stripe setup, email connection and testing 
• Phase 6: Testing, bug fixes, release, connecting to domain

Maybe set up a chat group as email was our main source of contact, but appreciate a chat group can get abused.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Activate - A small startup in ed-tech making the dyslexia intervention process fun and accessible! We are doing a number of pilot versions in order to test out the app!

For what projects/services did your company hire Decodifi Limited, and what were your goals?

We hired them for the development of V1.2 of the Activate pilot (website) - Design of it, management of the project, and development!

SOLUTION

How did you select Decodifi Limited and what were the deciding factors?

We were working with Taras (Erised), and when David bought the company (and I had a call with him), I was inspired by him! Also, I had had an amazing experience with Taras (and his team) in the previous versions!

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We discussed our goals of the new version (more animation, visual design of the app, increase in number of lessons, and increase in number of gamification features - improve the user's experience)! This was all done through Bubble, with a designer (Anastassia)!

How many resources from the Decodifi Limited team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager - Jane (did an amazing job)! Yuri (initial developer), and then two more developers were added to the team to improve the delivery date!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far, not much! The app just launched to another 100 people (a couple of days ago - cannot measure anything yet), but we are building the waiting list, improving KPI's...

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Through email, we would communicate for more formal, structured, and long pieces of information, but something that I found very useful was to communicate through Whatsapp (quicker and easier option for short messages and questions)!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's speed, the price, and the people are impressive in the workflow.! So far, only worked together for a month, but I am very impressed with the all-round service that they provide, and the people that are in the company!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If we see that the time delivery is not likely, can we do anything? Can I 9the customer) help in any way to reduce the time?
