A full-cycle digital marketing retainer. SEO - technical audit and fixes, semantic core, on-page optimization for category and product pages, a content plan for the blog, and ongoing link building. Paid - Google Ads (search, Shopping through Merchant Center, remarketing) and paid social, managed and optimized every month. Analytics - they rebuilt our GA4 and Merchant Center setup, added proper e-commerce and conversion tracking, and built dashboards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the first 12-14 months, organic traffic was up about 130%, we went from around a dozen target keywords in the Google top 10 to roughly 70. Google Ads ROAS moved from barely breaking even to a steady 6-7x once the Merchant Center feed and tracking were fixed. Cost per lead on paid social came down about 35%. Overall online revenue is up around 85% year over year. Some exact figures are confidential, but the direction has been consistent every quarter.

That every channel is run by one team that actually talks to itself. The SEO content and the Google Ads keywords line up, everyone works from the same analyst's numbers, and there's no finger-pointing between 'the SEO people' and 'the PPC people'. We'd used separate specialist agencies before and spent half our time carrying messages between them. With Dash that just doesn't happen.

The first couple of months were slower than we expected while they ran the audits and fixed the tracking - a lot of groundwork before anything visibly moved. It was the right call, but a clearer warning that the first quarter is mostly foundation would have helped our expectations. The early reports were also fairly dense; we asked for a shorter summary version and they added one.

I started collaborating with the DASH company in May to launch advertising in Google ADS. They showed efficiency in launching the project and in the first few weeks we reached normal indicators and from the next month we began working on SEO promotion of the site.
