The website was developed quite fast - within 2-3 weeks. According to PageSpeed Insights the website gets rated high in SE, Best Practices and Accessibility. The website loads faster than our previous one.

But there delivered features that described as must-have. They ensured constant responsiveness and excellent communication.

I came into this project with Figma mocks completed, and needed the team to build out the application from backend to frontend. Within the first few weeks, it became apparent that my original mocks were missing a good amount of pages and features that I needed to complete my MVP. 

The team then also completed design work for me. Final deliverables were a completed full stack app, completed Figma mocks, a Figma design system, and documentation on how to run the app in development environment as well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All the requirements in my mocks and in my MVP list(final versions of them, after scope changes) were delivered. My application being deployed live.

The project management was outstanding. What made the quality clear to me was by the amount of questions they asked, and the depth of them.They were questions that showed they spent a lot of time trying to fully understand my application. They were also always willing to hop onto calls when things weren't clear. 

And a lot of time was spent on Slack answering long questions, and sending out long ones. Any time they promised to deliver something, it was always on time or done within a few days. I literally had no instances I can recall where one of my requests or questions were ignored or forgotten. The organization, with all my asks, was really impressive to me. 

There was also very clear visibility of the work the engineers were working on. Invoices were also super clear and given consistently. Lastly, demos were given by them that were super helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their unwavering commitment to my project and genuine desire for my success was impressive. From asking challenging questions, to giving honest feedback and suggestions, and to being supportive. It was just so easy working with them, like we were working on a project that we all came up with together and were all invested in.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LLC Darly Solutions could have done differently?

Nothing really could have been differently, really liked how things were done and the outcome. One thing I want to see them continue to do is to do virtual meetings as much as possible when it comes to medium-big size feature discussions. 

Also, discussing things online solves problems and helps others understand things so much faster than Slack messaging, especially with time differences. Also hope that Darly Solutions continues to have employees that are so personable!

The code quality was good and the app has been built in a little more than 1 month, which is a result I'm very happy with.
