We’ve worked with Danish Lead Co. for around 16 months to support both sides of our growth strategy at Beyond Med. On one side, they’ve helped us generate and manage outbound outreach toward healthcare providers for our benefits platform. On the other side, they’ve also helped us reach employers and companies to get Beyond Med offered as an employee benefit.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Over the course of the partnership, they’ve generated more than 1,200 provider leads for us, with recent booking rates around 30%, and we’ve seen strong downstream conversion rates from those conversations as well. On the employer side, they’ve also generated 182 qualified corporate leads that have resulted in multiple new partnerships and customers.

Before working with DLC, outbound was something we had tried in different ways internally, but we never really got it to a point where it felt predictable or scalable. What’s been valuable with their team is that they handle much more than just lead generation; they’ve helped build the actual outbound engine behind the scenes and continuously improve it over time. They’ve also done a very good job understanding the different audiences we sell to. The messaging and outreach approach for healthcare providers is obviously very different from speaking with employers and HR decision-makers, and they’ve been able to adapt well across both sides.
