Develop a back end database with custom structure and content management features to store and allow user content editing via a web application which supports delivery of content to end users via a subscription based website/web-app on mobile platforms, using React as the platform. Other aspects of the site include interactive and non-interactive tables, clinical calculators and a news section, with Stripe implemented as the e-commerce solution.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Launch and use of the front and back end of the website. Data entry via the back end by multiple users. demonstrated flow of e-commerce information via Stripe account. Operation/views of the website and content are appropriate on web and mobile platforms.

I found the team to be earnest in their efforts to create a website that delivered on the design and needs requested. The project management team changed a few times during the site development which was not ideal but appears stabilized now. 

At times, would have preferred the project manager would be more in touch with testing and quality assurance aspects of the project, as would be told work was completed and tested when it was easily/demonstrably not functioning properly, requiring extra rounds of re-testing and remediation to reach completion. However, each time errors were identified, there was a sustained effort to ensure errors were eventually corrected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Willingness to meet at times that worked for me, even though there was a 12.5 hr time difference.

More robust quality assurance for completed work is an area that can be significantly improved. Testing should be done with several different approaches, with the mindset of a customer/end user. 

Using edge cases that will cause the site to not display/function properly if the design/function is incorrect, and test with these scenarios to make sure the work is displaying and functioning as intended from the original design. If the site can handle these cases, its going to work well for normal every day use. Doing so will greatly improve the experience by reducing the need for user checking, documentation of deficiencies and rounds of revision and timeliness of work completion.

While it's too early to gauge progress or success, we're eagerly anticipating the launch and remain committed to supporting corporates on their gifting journey to success.

However, during the design stage, there was a delay in meeting the deadline as the team was working on many feedbacks from our team.
