I'm the owner of MetaNice Solutions Ltd, a company that provides sales outsourcing, leadership and sales training, consulting, and personalized coaching to help organizations boost performance, develop leaders, and achieve growth. We also offer cybersecurity partnership solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cyberware?

We needed to audit our infrastructure and CRM.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cyberware has audited our infrastructure and CRM. The team has also conducted a red team exercise, updated our infrastructure, and implemented a CRM and ERP system. In addition, Cyberware has automated processes for our clients and engaged in purple team exercises. The team has also provided on-premise support for some of our clients.

How did you come to work with Cyberware?

We found Cyberware through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours. In addition, Cyberware's team consisted of all the necessary experts, which was one of the main reasons we decided to go with them instead of a standard enterprise team full of mid-level roles and one senior member.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Cyberware in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After approximately two weeks, Cyberware was able to identify very important gaps that we didn't think were an issue. The team explained why it was crucial to fix those gaps, and they've done so in no time. We've had a great experience with Cyberware, and I highly advise using them.Overall, Cyberware's work has saved us a lot of expenses, removed multiple risk factors, increased our workflow speed with clients by about 30%, and removed stress from our team. In addition, the increase in applications for data protection and encryption has tripled without a large increase in expenses. We've also received a much stronger overview and report on what is happening with the data. For example, we now know where and when to visit websites, email tracking, and data storage. Moreover, we've gained ease of use on-premise and from a distance. We also have the ability to consult Cyberware's team constantly with our questions.

Cyberware's project management is amazing. The team delivers on time as always. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by Cyberware's size and age. After the first meeting and talk, not just on tech but on their values, I was not just amazed but also hopeful for the future of business with such young professionals in the sector.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'd like Cyberware to visit me more instead of working so we can have more coffee and nice talks. I really appreciate those. All jokes aside, there's nothing they can improve on.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Cyberware to accomplish for your IT services business?

We needed a comprehensive security assessment (PENtest) on our web application to discover vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and misconfigurations. The primary goal was to improve our cybersecurity posture and protect ourselves against cyber threats.

Cyberware performed a PENtest using the standard requirements of the OWASP methodology. The main deliverables were a vulnerability matrix, an executive report, and an executive presentation.
