I'm the Chief digital officer. We are a SaaS based Product angel funded company providing technology and operational services to enable medium, small and micro retailers and brands take part in the digital /online commerce.

We have mobile apps, websites, cloud infra, Devops infra all of which needed to be secured according to industry standards...We have hired CyberSafeHaven to help us define security policy, governance and for ongoing adherence to industry standards for the whole organization.

We needed someone who has pragmatic approach to security which balances the cost and compliance. Ramki is great at it...and we are happy that we engaged CyberSafeHaven..

It started with a brief assessment and Ramki came up with a roadmap. We have paired up our Infra team to work with Ramki's guidance and resolve security loopholes...we are halfway thru the Phase 1 scope to get adherence to industry standards...then it will be followed by BAU activities in Phase 2.

Ramki is the one who worked with us since we augmented our Infra team to work with him.

The project is ongoing...will be able to share outcomes once we go live fully

We gave Ramki access to our Beta environment which closely resembles our Live one, and had him independently assess and come up with his plan...Ramki is very hands on and came up with his assessment and plan of action in 2-3 days time.. after that he worked with my team have daily connects till key milestones are reached ..once a week i take an update from the team and Ramki together...

Their professionalism,  pragmatic approach, and trustworthy communication style are top-notch!
