We shipped the MVP in 27 days from the kickoff to a working testnet (bunker + sentinel nodes, store/retrieve flow, and on-chain settlement on Base). We onboarded 180+ node operators in the first month (62 bunkers, 121 sentinels) across 14 countries.We had a 99.1% successful retrieval rate over ~52,000 store/retrieve requests in staged + public testnet runs.We set clear MVP benchmarks, and Cyberk met or exceeded them across the board:

How did Cyberk perform from a project management standpoint?

Node interest was higher than expected. We planned for ~100 nodes in the first month and quickly exceeded that, which helped us stress-test networking, proof cadence, and payout logic earlier than planned.Large concurrent retrieval bursts highlighted the need for rate limits, backpressure, and better chunk scheduling to keep p95 latency stable.
High proof vole exposed optimization opportunities (batching, reducing redundant proofs, more efficient verification paths) to lower chain and infrastructure overhead.
