The team took a complex concept and turned it to life. It had a range of changes along the way as the project was developed in an agile format. The development is now complete... functioning very well including a range of integrations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cyberify is helping me build the applications that I need. So far, we’ve built a hardware and asset software tracking application and a proposal builder app. The hardware and asset software tracking application has an API integrated into the hardware system and displays assets on a dashboard. The proposal builder app has a product database, authentication storage, and proposal templates.

I found Cyberify through an online search. I chose them because Saad, the founder, had the ability to communicate and understand my business challenges. His past experience also gave him credibility.

We started working together in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The application features that I requested have been completed. My team can now view and use the hardware and asset application to track replacement schedules and generate warranty reports. Seeing hundreds of assets across different applications is difficult, but having them in one place makes it easy. Our client is also happy.

Cyberify communicates well and provides updates. Their project management is good; they deliver on time and respond well to our needs. The cost is good, too—it’s easy to deal with them. We communicated via text and SMS.

We needed help building an end-to-end AI SaaS application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of work done?

Cyberify built our application's interactive frontend, a secure and functional backend, and API functionality to access LLMs. The team built the frontend with a clean UI, an intuitive UX, and a help chat feature, and the backend with authentication, document upload and management, API calls, and document chat functionality. Additionally, the team created the app to send API requests to multiple LLMs based on user input. Cyberify is currently maintaining the application and enhancing features as we go along.

I had a primary developer as a touchpoint, but I’m not sure how many developers worked with him.

I found Cyberify through a referral. The team demonstrated technical expertise and was flexible with our project.

The application works well and is functional based on the user's journey. It has authentication via social channels, document uploads, use case selection, and chats with documents. The apps also received positive user feedback.

Cyberify took ownership of the build and was responsive whenever we encountered bugs or brought up feedback for improvement. The team met the 6-month deadline, delivered on time, and responded well to our needs. We communicated via email and WhatsApp.
