Initial settings for some vendor sites could be a little rigorous, maybe make it easier to identify problems?

I've worked with a lot of cyber security and IT companies over the years, and I feel like Cyber Unit's team provides better customer service, personalized and personable communications in clear language I can understand, and that they stay on top of developing cyber threats that are communicated urgently to customers.

I'm a huge fan of what they do. I don't see any room for improvement. Keep up the good work, guys!

I met the CEO, Omer at a networking meeting.

They managed the Cyber security and IT end of securing the residence. They took a comprehensive approach to starting from scratch on the IT components of the residence. We worked directly with them to ensure that our physical security system was adequate and compatible with what they were doing on the cyber end.

Their comprehensive approach to cybersecurity was impressive. Leaving no stone unturned to ensure the client is protected on all fronts.

I was looking for a both secure and intuitive solution for transmitting and storing financial planning and personal documents in lieu of email exchange and other cloud sharing services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Other services had a high-non transparent cost, or were not easily customizable.

First I had a consultation with Omer where he highlighted the danger of sending sensitive information or documents via email. Then we discussed my clients needs, and he recommended the Datto system and walked me through the setup.

We had only Omer the co-founder.

Within a few days I was able to configure, brand, and deploy the new file sharing solution and begin using it with clients.

Easy. Omer explained what was needed, showed me the setup, and was on call should I need any help.

They defended all my account and passwords from any potential hacks, viruses or identity theft. They also monitor the dark web to identify if my identity is being sold. They have alerted me numerous times to suspicious emails. Quick response time to any concerns.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Worked primarily with one employee who I assume is assigned to my account. Employee does a great job so I have no issue with it as we have build a personal relationship.

They were able to block a few hack attempts, additional to that over the year they stop many suspicious emails on all platforms.

Great workflow and customer service. Evertyime I call they answer , and every email I send is responded to quickly.

Product is great, their system works which is most important. I am most impressed with the customer service.
