The goal was to engage viewers, drive conversions, and generate leads effectively.

The measurable outcomes from the project demonstrate the success achieved through incredible video production and storytelling content tailored for each social media platform. The captivating videos effectively engaged the audience, leading to higher engagement and conversions, while effectively communicating the client's value proposition. We were still working through our key messages and brand guidelines, so David didn't have too much to work with! We had an extremely tight timeframe with a looming deadline. The video would be played at a trade event where we were launching the company, as well as at a Gala Dinner event.

Project management was beyond outstanding, and in particular in regards to some significant issues we encountered during the project. The largest of those was a significant discrepancy which appeared in our performance metrics driven by a global AWS dashboard.

The Culture Shock Marketing team worked closely with me in troubleshooting the issue on hand and formulating an approach which ensured everything eventually get back to on track. This involved us being the first global partner to identify the issue and the global team was very appreciative of our immediate response.

They were also very insightful with content creation and helped me gather 10x the user-generated content (UGC) that my company had in their database prior.

There were two main projects Culture Shock assisted me with: optimizing social media content and social media strategy

1.  Optimizing Social Media Content The team expertly walked me through a variety of ways to help acquire and incorporate more UGC in our strategy. While UGC was already part of our strategy, it was very unclear how to begin the process of acquiring content from our fans, until the Culture Shock team jump in with their assistance.
2.  Social Media Strategy This was the biggest help I received from the Culture Shock team. I do have a background in brand strategy, so we were able to take my experience and build a deeper social media strategy that could be implemented across social media platforms

I work with one resource, and his position is Brand Strategist who also specialized in Social Media Strategy.

Our following grew 10k organically in one year, with the help of Culture Shock. I now have strong, fool-proof guidelines for my team to create consistently, high-performing content for all of our social channels. I also worked on content creation for my company, and Culture Shock expertly provided feedback on how to improve my videos that would not only be educational but also entertaining.

Deliverables included a robust suite of campaign creative and the use of digital lead generation tools and mechanics.

Campaign rolled out over Facebook recording high levels of engagement with our social content.

We worked with an Account Manager, and Social Media Campaign Specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For a modest investment, we saw remarkable engagement with our brand-building campaign content. Of 156,387 total video views: - 64,595 watched 75% of the video - 49,093 watched 100% of the video. Subscriptions were optimised through digital tools that created a more more seamless, integrated user journey.

Very effective - one of the greatest benefits of working with Culture Shock. Regular meetings, clear agendas for these mapped ahead of time and efficient follow up. Workflow was integrated, painless and productive.

I was impressed by their extensive experience in digital marketing environments. They showed clear and skilled communication and workflow, and the results generated by their work.
