I am a founder of Elite Consultants. We provide end to end recruitment services to IT company in Ahmedabad city, India.

I hired Cubic Digital for SEO services. My main targeted region is Ahmedabad, so I asked them to help us in achieving the TOP ranking for placement and recruitment consultant related keywords. Our objective is to generate more leads through organic searches.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I talked with several agencies that are based in Ahmedabad, and finally, I decided to go with Cubic Digital. I did a personal meeting with all other agencies but I found Cubic Digital having all the skills, expertise and experience I was looking for in an agency. They prepared a thorough analysis of my website before the meeting and put some points in front of me which was the main deciding factor in hiring them as an SEO agency.

I gave them an initial list of the keywords which I thought my user might use to find my business. But after some extra research, they came up with a list of other keywords that I found more focused and related to my business queries. After finalizing the keywords, my involvement was negligible as they were taking care of everything to improve our ranking. I just kept monitoring my ranking and also made sure they are not using any offensive techniques. My rankings were only getting up and within three months, they achieved what they committed and gave me my desired results. Every month I received a detailed report about the work they executed including on-page and off-page activities and also the analysis of the ranking improvement compared to the previous month.

I hardly had to communicate with them about work but whenever I had any questions I was talking with Mr Bhavesh who was leading the team. Sometimes I talked with Mayuri or Pranay in the absence of Bhavesh.

Within 2 months I started getting inquiries through Google. I ranked in the TOP 3 position for most of the keywords in just 3 months which helped me a lot to boost my business.

I will say a 10 on 10; because they are always available if I have any questions. I get timely reports and excellent services from them. The smooth and collaborative process of working with the Cubic Digital team is always awesome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am glad to find them and pleased to work with the company because of their profound subject knowledge and expertise. They improved my website and overall performance and also made a small adjustment from a user perspective which encouraged users to take quick action.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing is the cost. They are expensive compared to other agencies, I got several quotations but Cubic Digital’s rate was high compared to others. It doesn’t matter now as they exceeded my expectations and the cost is worth it as I am completely happy.

As a digital marketing company we had a good grasp of what keyword were being searched. We required an AdWords expert though to formulate a plan that would work in AdWords and maintain a campaign while droving down cost per lead

The adwords campaign is a succes..it bring in the amount of leads we require at a price that drives growth for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It has ben good. We get timely monthly reports and we have setup tracking that we can see confirms the reported traffic we are getting. We have had no problem integrating cubic digital work within our organistaion

They continually aim to drive down our cost per lead.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If e had a larger campaign we would suggest weekly reporting over monthly, but monthly works for us due to scope of work they are doing for us.

Although I’ve already leveraged their resources in several projects, in a recent engagement, they delivered digital marketing for a battery company. I gave OM Infosoft the desired requirements, and they implemented everything. They designed and developed the company’s website, custom coding inside a WordPress template. They’re currently providing maintenance on the website.

For their SEO efforts, they do extensive keyword research and send the chosen ones to me for approval. They manage the client’s social media and make the content SEO-friendly, as well. From now on, I’ll be handling the social media side of things.

OM Infosoft’s performance has far exceeded my expectations. The batter company is in the first search ranking after six months of development, and the other projects have succeeded as well.

There are inevitably delays to lengthy development processes, but they were all within an acceptable range. They were fine, on a scheduling front.

Their SEO capabilities are very high. They’re also quick to respond.

No, not really. I’d appreciate it if they could apply more manpower and resources to my project.
