Our company is an integrated financial advice firm incorporating property, tax, accounting, mortgage broking, financial planning, investments and more. My position is within property investment and finance. I also look after the tech side of things within the firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire CRT Network Solutions?
We hired CRT networks for security on our devices, mainly virus protection. We also consult with them for two factor authentication, problem solving and improving our IT set up and network.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were approached by them, and we are impressed by the ease of accessibility of CRT Network Solutions. Phone calls are always answered and problems are addressed right there and then if they can, otherwise, an agent is assigned the job and will liaise with us later on.

As it is an ongoing service, CRT provide us with tech support and advice regarding our IT set up. As we come across different issues, we are able to consult with them on how we can fix the problem and prevent them from happening in the future.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Chris is our main point of contact, however, we have dealt with a number of their help desk team who have been brilliant to deal with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Just recently, the team was able to assist us with acquiring a new type of Office 365 license to use for our meeting rooms with Microsoft Teams. We also have solved many email problems with Outlook and on occasion, issues with devices, drivers and checking whether systems have been compromised.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We are able to contact them over the phone and message via Microsoft Teams. We are quite satisfied with their promptness and commitment to finishing tasks.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have been able to work in a flexible arrangement with our firm to manage the areas that we need help with and allow us to run the areas we are confident with using our own resources.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We on occasion lose track of ongoing projects however, once we get together on a call we quickly reset and get the important items sorted.
