We had a great experience building the wellness app. They had hired new PM at the company and he did a fantastic job making sure our expectations were met and communicating any timeline changes. He also held kickoff meetings to make sure the team was well aware of project requirements.
Due to the different time zones, our team was informed if any teams were off for holidays and clear support hours. The PM also sent a link to the meeting notes via email to confirm everything was captured correctly.

I really liked that leadership checked in with us to make sure were were happy about staffing and comfortable working with their newly hired PM. I was initially concerned having a brand new person to the project might lead to communication issues, but it was totally fine!
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crowdbotics could have done differently?
While the journey was smooth and the final product exceeded our expectations, there's always room for improvement in any project. Perhaps creating different slack channels for specific communication instead of using one big room to make everyone focused on one conversation could help. This is only a minor thing and didn't’ get in the way of the product and delivery.
