Provided our organization with technical support, provided support with equipment transfers, breakdown and set up, network connections, individual workstation set up, solutions to equipment set up and placement, coordinated with third party vendors, and most importantly relieved my stress levels as it pertains to our technology, move and set up.

Adherence to dates to bring down networks, which is crucial for our ongoing work. Provided updates if anything time periods changed, stayed on target for reinstatement of networks, equipment, and internal processes.

Items were always delivered in a timely manner. There were so many complexities with our move and the team was so much more responsive than I imagined they would be. They provided timely responses within an hour or less usually and were always helpful in their explanations and rationale for various items, recommendations, and decisions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The care and patience they had with me specifically. Due to managing multiple projects I had a number of items that could have fallen behind but with the guidance and care of the team, we continued to move our processes forward in a timely manner. They kept me on track and in compliance with dates and timeliness which I really needed at that time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cross the Divide could have done differently?

I don't think so. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and transparent communication the team continuously had with me. They were very helpful and ensured me that they were there to support me along the way.

We have migrated to O365/Azure. CTD is constantly and consistently looking for ways for us to improve. Their staff handles a very busy helpdesk with all of the tickets that our staff puts in - successfully.

They are very responsive. Projects are on time. If there are any issues or concerns, those are clearly laid out for us in a very timely manner.

I think there is always room for improvement, but CTD is always trying to improve. They're always working on furthering their knowledge and staying on top of what's going on in the world.
