Their project manager was proactive — flagging risks early, suggesting trade-offs clearly, and never letting a blocker sit for more than 24 hours. Every milestone was delivered on or ahead of schedule across the full 7-month engagement. What we found most impressive: What stood out most was how deeply their team understood conversational AI and voice. They didn't treat this as just another software build — they pushed back thoughtfully on voice UX decisions that would have hurt the natural feel of conversations, recommended turn-taking and barge-in patterns we hadn't considered, and brought genuine product thinking to the voice experience.
