CRMiUM implemented Zoho CRM for our sales team and customized it around our actual sales process rather than using a standard template. The project included lead capture from our website, lead qualification, deal management, DocuSign integration for electronic document signing, integration with our existing billing portal, and configuration of partner and support workflows. They also helped structure the CRM to make it easy for our team to adopt. The implementation took approximately three months and was completed according to the agreed timeline.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the implementation, we had a structured sales process where every lead, deal, and customer interaction is managed in one system. Manual administrative work was significantly reduced thanks to automated document signing and billing workflows. Our sales team adopted the system quickly, and we now have much better visibility into our pipeline and customer communication. The successful implementation also led us to continue working with CRMiUM under an ongoing support agreement.

The project was well organized from start to finish. Milestones and deadlines were met as agreed, and communication was always clear and straightforward. We didn't encounter any significant issues during the project. As with any CRM implementation, there were a few adjustments along the way, but the team handled them quickly and professionally. We're still working with CRMiUM under an ongoing support agreement, which speaks for itself.

As the project continues, we anticipate even more significant outcomes.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we received 3 different proposals of CRMs that we can use. Once we chose one they finalized the sales flow and provided feedback. This allowed us to show them how we wanted the rest of the CRM to look. After a little more back-and-forth communication, we agreed on the additional functionality and development began immediately. CRMiUM set and met deadlines well within what we needed. A very seamless experience for us.

• Audit of business processes with following recommendations of how we can optimize them.
• Turnkey CRM implementation with loading all the data and setting the sales funnel.
• Customizing our specific processes and integration of necessary services and apps.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most important was the automatization of crucial processes that allowed us to concentrate on more global aims. With CRM we can see and analyze our marketing campaigns and based on the dashboards quickly choose the most effective strategy. Thanks to the set up sales funnel we could optimize our communication with leads on every stage to make it better for both sides. As far as the project hasn’t been finished yet we are looking forward to even more impressive results.

We have been working with one CRM for many years, which we are only partially satisfied with. We wanted more automation and the ability to make changes as our business processes change. We hired the CRMium team primarily for initial consulting and to assess the 'scope of the disaster'.

I have been looking for teams who have experience in both CRM systems. It turned out to be not so easy. CRMium is one of the few teams in the market that has a deep understanding of CRM structure, client needs and implementation experience.

The process is pretty standard and that's just how I liked it. First, a preliminary consultation to understand the further comfortable format of work and payment. Then - connecting the team, allocating an account and the main project manager. Quality control is a very important part of the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most important result is a clear identification of the tasks that we are obliged to do ourselves. The fact is that our business processes are not homogeneous and before automating the chaos we ourselves need to bring them into order. As a matter of fact, the project has been put on pause, as now is the time to carry out our tasks. We remain in touch and in control.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was on time and according to plan. We communicated for the most part via Telegram and Zoom. The important parts that require accuracy were of course done via email. However, I would like to point out that these tools were chosen first and foremost on our part. CRMium is flexible enough to use different communication tools effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most important thing is to understand the client's objectives, not to argue at the level of "that's not how you do it, that's how you do it". The team got into our processes (yes, it is difficult!) and they successfully started recommending point-to-point solutions, taking into account both our processes and their experience.

We are not deep enough into the project for me to advise the CRMium team - they are already doing it right.

We wanted to have great tool for CRM uses. Such as segmentation, communication with our customers. We wanted to have everything under umbrella. We wrote quite long term project and first step was CRM integration with our databases. it was like testing version of CRM. In Georgia CRM software is not popular, only huge companies has enough resources to use it. In my mind project includes 4 main steps and final product is strong CRM software with website, Callcenter, customer support, SMS or email campaign integration. that includes clear and direct communication to our beloved customers.

We started to use Marketing and sales cloud.

First step was to write project details, step by step. with budgeting and timing. than we had different alternatives to choose (licenses). After choosing right license we started implementing project. during process we had several midterm check. Final product was deliver and then accepted by us.

Right know we got 20k customer number in CRM. but overall we have mor than 300k unique customers in our databases. I had lunched 12 successful sms campaign. more than 9 different customer segments. I can say that I recognize my customers better after using CRM

I can call them my great friends from Ukraine. And it says a lot. we have really friendly conversation and all details were considered. Not only email also telegram were used for communication so it made everything easy.

I with them in my country for glass of wine. Personal meeting with CRM will be great.

I’m the owner of Star Center, an educational platform that teaches English courses to children and adults.

We wanted to grow and communicate more effectively with our customers. So, I asked them to develop a CRM program we could customize.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CRMiUM developed our CRM, customizing it to fit our exact needs. We provided them with all the documentation they requested. They ensured that we could place and receive customer calls. CRMiUM also made the platform downloadable on mobile devices. 

The CRM serves as a database.  We group customers into various groups, and we monitor these groups to determine when customer payments are due. Through the CRM, we define and process new customers; we can see what stage of our customer journey a new or existing customer is in. Our advertisements on other platforms also redirect to our CRM, which is how we generate and manage leads.

Whenever we need the platform updated, I reach out to CRMiUM’s team. We plan to build script features into the CRM.

I worked with two teammates, including a developer and a project manager.

I participated in an online conference where CRMiUM’s head led a talk on the benefits and challenges of different CRM systems. From that talk, I decided that CRMiUM was the best fit for us — they had a lot of positive reviews from former customers and provided a wide range of services. They made it clear that the system they could build for us would grow with our company.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their team was reliable and executed what we asked — we were satisfied with the partnership. Our managers have measured the CRM’s success by how well it was implemented, and thankfully, they use it every day. Now, half of our processes have been automated. It has been easier to manage our customer base, generate leads, and connect our marketing efforts across platforms. 

When we started using the program regularly, we noticed it needed to be adapted to meet our customer processes. However, since the platform is customized to our needs, we can implement changes. CRMs always need improvements as businesses grow and their needs change.  

How did CRMiUM perform from a project management standpoint?

CRMiUM delivered on time — their team was great at managing the project. The project manager from CRMiUM was already ready to lend a hand. We communicated through Telegram; all of our communication was clear and quick. We also had Zoom meetings.

Everything about the interaction was great. CRMiUM delivered to our agreed scope of work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

In general, there is nothing for them to improve. Any improvements I noticed they needed to make I’ve already conveyed to them.

Customers need to identify the features they need at the moment but also need to be aware that needs will change. It’s important to set clear expectations for the CRM and define success when working with CRMiUM. Document those goals before starting a project with CRMiUM so that budgets can be defined and extra costs can be negotiated.
