I am the COO of Arrible, a Game Development company (Game Design, Art, Development, QA). I optimize processes and increase business efficiency.

We were developing a game for our client and he asked us to recommend him a reliable partner for the implementation of the Pipedrive CRM system to sell his game. We recommended him our partner, proven over the years - CRMium.

CRMium is our longtime partner. They have successfully implemented several CRM systems for our clients, so when the client asked for a recommendation, we immediately recommended them.

The client needed a system for selling and promoting the game to potential partners and platforms where the target audience is located. A sales funnel was set up and IP telephony was connected to record the conversation. In addition, mail has been integrated, staff has been trained and instructions for working with this functionality have been written.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The implementation process took two weeks. CRMium completely digitized the work of our client’s Sales Department: they set up all the funnels, connected the necessary services and conducted staff training in English. As a bonus, they presented instructions for working with the system, written for the customer's processes.

As a result, the client has a working system for their Sales team and is now able to sell their game to potential marketing partners via LinkedIn. Currently, the program employs two Sales Managers and one Sales Director.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything went well. The project manager quickly responded to requests and demonstrated the intermediate results of the integrator's work. They constantly corresponded in the messenger, and if there were any urgent questions, they appointed a quick call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The client liked the quality of service and speed of communication. All works were completed according to the deadlines.

Project manager Svyatoslav should change the cat's avatar to his live photo, as this increases the potential trust of the client.
