Their feedback was actionable, insightful, and helped us fine-tune the look and feel of the application ahead of key presentations.

The audit helped us quickly identify design improvements and boost the visual consistency of the product. It gave us added confidence when showcasing the solution and helped elevate the quality of our final deliverable which was especially important for upcoming client pitches.

Project management was precise and efficient. Communication mainly was handled via messaging apps with regular syncs when needed. Everything was delivered on time and handled professionally.

Build an SaaS software which helps traders in phersible goods to handle their claim procedure more efficient, resulting into higher succes rate and a clear overvieuw of all day-to-day claim handling.

Work in progress.

The project manager and engineer are always available, which helps during decision-making. The CTO was also available in case of a bigger decision and was clearly involved in the project itself. This flexibility helped a lot during development!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There was absolutely no discussion about minor changes, even though it was a fixed budget. They advised us during the development with valuable improvements and proactively supported us. The CTO also helped us with networking whenever possible. Something definitely not agreed upon beforehand, but done purely out of willingness!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Crebos International | UX/UI Design, AI & Automation could have done differently?

Expectation management was sometimes a bit challenging, which led to small miscommunications. For example, it might be helpful to guide companies on what to expect and clarify all requirements beforehand, rather than during the software development process. Overall custumer experience was good!

In the early stages of developing our platform, we entered into discussions with Crebos. We held multiple conversations to clearly communicate our ambitions, ideas, and the structure of the platform. After we had created an initial outline and described our vision in detail, Crebos was able to flawlessly translate this into concrete concepts and creative ideas.

Their ability to both understand and strengthen our vision proved invaluable in further developing and shaping our platform.

Working with IT professionals can sometimes be challenging, especially when the focus is purely technical. In doing so, they bridge two worlds, which made the collaboration both powerful and effective. Their approach is well suited to those who are further along in their development and looking for a partner who can think strategically and deliver effectively.
