Scope of Work for CreativeScript – Konster App

Objective:

To design and deliver the full UX/UI system for the Konster App, ensuring it is scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with the vision of becoming a super app for the real estate and construction industry in Latin America.

Key Deliverables:

UX Research & User Flows

Definition of user personas: homeowners, contractors, admins.
Mapping of main user journeys (service search, booking, contractor onboarding, etc.).
Information architecture and navigation flows across the app.

Functional MVP UI Delivered on Time

→ A complete set of high-fidelity screens for both homeowners and contractors was delivered within the project timeline, enabling us to launch our MVP on the App Store and Google Play.

In the most recent case it was to design two graphics for T-shirts to represent my company How Radiology Works. They first asked clarifying questions about the project and then provided several design options from which we downselected the best two options.

The outcome from my project was a graphic design for the T-shirt which I was happy with and met the design inputs in terms of color scheme and similar graphic designs.

The project began with the prototype design phase. Upon approval, development commenced for both iOS and Android platforms. This included integration with our BaaS partner for financial transactions, integration with an event ticketing provider, and the creation of a dedicated event module. Concurrently, a back-office web system was designed and built to support comprehensive platform management.
