Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Head of Communication at a Swedish non-profit organization working with international aid. We support children and youths in Sri Lanka through education programmes.

For what projects/services did your company hire CreativeG?

Our previous website was very basic and outdated. We had ourselves recognized the need for an update. CreativeG saw potential and contacted us with their suggestions.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to create a user-friendly, modern and fresh website that could represent our organization, enhance our communication and attract new members. We intended for the website to be a central part of our marketing strategy.

How did you select CreativeG?

CreativeG contacted us themselves. They wanted to work with non-profit organizations and recognized that we needed help with our website.

Describe the project in detail.

First, we discussed the overall vision and strategy. CreativeG explained what they envisioned and could offer. We were very open to input, while we still had requirements on content and presentation. We merged their vision with ours through close collaboration, and worked iteratively. CreativeG gave input on everything from text and images to layuot.

What was the team composition?

I represented our organization during the collaboration with CreativeG. I cooperated closely with the project manager via email, Zoom and Google Docs. The project manager forwarded inquiries to his team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everyone who has reviewed the website including co-workers, our members and others, have lauded it. The website now appears earlier in Google searches, which will increase the number of visitors. It is attractive and easily overviewed, which strenghtens our communication.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective! We received answers to our emails immediately, and we had regular Zoom meetings to discuss important issues. We worked in Google Docs, so both me and the team could synchronize our vision and always refer to the documents. Generous, patient, dedicated and nice is how we would describe CreativeG’s team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their generosity with time and effort. They were very patient with our preferences and allowed us to update the plans during the process. Throughout, they remained nice and supportive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of. We had a great experience working with CreativeG. We will definitely return to them for support, and recommend them to anyone looking for a new website.

Get a logo that would remain top of mind with people without being to flashy.

How did you select CreativeG?

They sent over some work they hade done before which really impressed us and also we found that the price vs potential was very good with CreativeG.

We had a good meeting with their project leader about what we wanted the logo to look like, he had some ideas we discussed and then they came back with a few proposals a few weeks later.

Our meetings was with the founder and project manager.

We loved the way the logo turned out and it seems like our customers do as well. It really stands out, in a good way, compared to our competition.

They were a young company when we worked with them, a bit too eager at times maybe, but in the end a good result.

A beautiful design to include logo and colors were made with full wireframes for the app. We finally had something to show towards an MVP.

Quite simple, George agreed to weekly updates and summaries with progress.

The quality and reliability of the team. All deadlines have been met and we were really happy about that!

Communicate with less technical phrases.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

George knows what he's doing. Our website looks much more modern than before. He's very flexible in making changes. I didn't have to give him a lot of feedback because the result was quite good. George is very talented not just in graphics but in other technical things also. They are one of the best service providers we've ever had.

We used Skype and emails mainly because all contents and the sitemap was on the old website already.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very high-quality graphic design capacity. Knowledge of current trends and technologies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was perfect.
