I’m one of the directors at Ebiosketch Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We provide customized software solutions, including websites, customized ERPs, CRM systems, etc.

We need help with our logo design and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Visuals designs our branding assets. They’ve designed our company logos, business cards, leaflets, and brochures. They’ve also designed logos for some of our clients. Additionally, their team provides digital marketing services, including SEO and SMM. For the SEO portion, we usually give just them an idea of what we are looking for and a few keywords, and then they proceed with the work from there.

What is the team composition?

We work with around two to three people from their side, including a dedicated account manager who serves as our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Creative Visuals?

We found Creative Visuals through an online search. We looked at several companies online and eventually decided to work with their team because they had the most impressive portfolio.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the partnership around eight years ago, but this specific project started around February 2021 and is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Creative Visuals’ efforts, we’ve seen an increase in traffic and business conversions. Overall, we’re happy with their services, especially with the quality of their work.

How did Creative Visuals perform from a project management standpoint?

Their turnaround time is good, and it's always easy to reach them whenever there’s an issue. We typically communicate with them through email, phone calls, Google Meet, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with Creative Visuals’ ability to quickly understand our requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

No, but there’s always room for improvement.

Explain everything clearly so that they can come up with great outputs.

I am the Founder / Director of Perez Consulting, a concept-to-copy integrated communications company based in Bangalore, servicing clients across India.

Right from the beginning of the company, Creative Visuals has partnered with us, beginning with the logo design for the company and then designing all our creative collaterals like business cards and letter heads, as well as the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Creative after a little research online. The other reason we decided to go with Creative is because of the professionalism and empathy shown by the Founder Tukuna towards our requirements.

Beginning with the logo for the company, Creative has handled the whole gamut of creative and design requirements for the company including a robust website. He has also managed our gmail requirements and upkeep. The partnership continues and Tukuna is always a phone call away.

Tukuna has been our only contact over the last seven years.

Besides designing a beautiful logo for the company, he has also designed a robust website for us.
