We partnered with Techinnov to create and continue enhancing our custom Learning Management System (LMS) specifically designed to support our ESL and FSL training programs. The platform needed to be intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for learners to access lessons, track their progress, and complete interactive assessments. 
Since accessibility was critical, the LMS was built to comply with WCAG standards, ensuring it was fully accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Additionally, it required multilingual functionality, allowing users to switch easily between different languages.

The analytics capability provided real-time tracking for staff to monitor and adjust training programs based on learner performance. For instructors, the system included tools to monitor student performance and give personalized feedback.

Techinnov also provide ongoing maintenance and technical support, ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, and up to date. The end result is a modern, accessible solution that improved the learning experience for all participants while meeting the highest standards of usability and inclusion.

The team at Techinnov was organized and responsive with software releases delivered on schedule. 
Communication was effective with multiple channels available including chat services, meetings and using shared project management tools. As their development team is well-trained on scrum principles, there were many opportunities to check in during the development cycle. This shared approach allowed us to identify and resolve issues or refine requirements as quickly as possible. Overall, Techinnov has demonstrated a proactive approach to anticipating our needs.
