Reach to Creative House earlier and avoid spending time and resources on our original website (approx a week of design could have been saved)

I’m the CEO of a humanitarian organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creative House?

We needed to set up our website to get our organization out to the world — we did a name change and a facelift, which is why we hired them for.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did the whole design of the website. It was a complex project because we needed an e-commerce section for donations. The most challenging part was that I live in a country that doesn’t support PayPal or other user-friendly merchant providers, so they had a lot of programming to do on the site. 

Currently, they’re doing our social media marketing.

I’ve been working with three members of their team, but I know they have more people working on the project.

How did you come to work with Creative House?

I found out about them through a friend. My friend advised me to speak with them as he had prior experience with Creative House, so I reached out to them.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent $15,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on this project with them in July 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m delighted to have used them because they use new technology to complete the project; otherwise, it could be complicated to finish what I requested from them if I had used someone else.

How did Creative House perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email to communicate — It’s been easy to communicate with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication and skills all across the board are high — they’re doing a great job in completing this project for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I’m delighted with the project so far, and I plan on keeping on using them.  I’ll have more to say when the social media marketing and the whole project are up and online. I think they’re awesome, and I couldn't have chosen a better partner.

We first used them for the creation of a fully functioning website optimized for SEO. They’ve assisted with branding, event promotion, and now are working on revamping our site.

We’ve worked with around seven people delegated to our project. They have specific people available for whatever project you need.

The project came in at less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in June 2018, and we’re still working with them.

We organized our data and determined we’ve had a 35x ROI on their work. We’ve also had 280 new members. Organic traffic increased by 650%. They’ve done excellent work.

We talk back and forth with account managers. Communication has been very smooth.

They’ve helped us a lot to be creative and innovative.

A fully functioning website/ e-commence site that fully meets all my expections down to the finest detail.
