As far as I know, they found us on the internet. We made a good offer for their employees. We described our project in detail. They were constantly interested in the cooperation, they offered their candidates with good experience

I'm the CEO of Somplo Ltd., an Israeli based startup company that develops Creative Management Platform (CMP) for advertising brands and agencies.

We decided to open a marketing and R&D office in Odesa, Ukraine in January 2020, and we needed the professional support from the guys at Creative Cooperative, from finding an office, design, equipment, furniture, computers, overall ongoing maintenance and HR services and reequipment of staff as well - complete 360' service.

Creative Cooperative helped to find our first and now second office in Odesa (as we grow our staff), helped us us to recruit the perfect local team.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to find a professional recruitment and business support firm that would understand our "Somplo DNA" and will be able to recruit a professional talented team, in mixed positions, quickly, and at affordable salaries cost, and inside a premium office atmosphere to be updated for a young startup company.

We met in person the management team of Creative Cooperative and we felt confident that this is the right provider for us. They are professional, communicative and extremely friendly.

Office - locating several premium locations for prefect size offices, negations, legal contracts, making changes in layout, design, renovations, and full logistics, from cleaning, snacks and drinks for the staff and much more.

HR- A full recruitment process was done from identifying the need, describing the position, level of experiences, market salaries, and then sending us a talented CV's to go throw together, and deciding who to interview, later scheduling the interviews, follow-ups, feedbacks, negotiation with the prospective employee.

What was the team composition?

We had only to be in touch with two main focal point in Creative Cooperative (Greg & Paul), for HR and Office, and those focal points operated the entire team of professional placement managers and logistic staff in Creative Cooperative.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We manage to recruit a team of R&D, marketing, AdOps, and design to our local office in Ukraine, and we still work Creative Cooperative with as a leading vendor for our ongoing recruitment needs. We took one first office and just this last month already finalized a new much bigger second office with the help of Creative Cooperative.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We would say the workflow was very good. There was quick and open communication. Everything was clear and transparent.

There people skills, extremely friendly, supportive and client oriented to all our needs...

None, nothing in particular that I felt was missing for my company's needs.

We needed to change the old and ugly office to a modern and beautiful one but had zero resources being busy at work. Our US-based team also set high expectations for the office, as they were planning to visit it in person and with our customers.

I’m the chief blockchain officer for a blockchain solutions company.

They take care of everything on the HR end. Initially, we had a few initial calls about the project description, our business, and our open positions. After running a few setup calls with their recruitment staff, they’ve been sending us candidates to review and interview if we find a good fit.

We originally communicated with a few companies. Creative Cooperative sent their proposition much faster than others and really tried to find a solution. We chose them because of the efficiency and quality we saw early on.

We started working together in November 2018, and the work is ongoing.

They recruited two senior blockchain officers and one mid-level blockchain engineer. Within a few months, they brought in a QA professional and dev ops.
