The project involved the end‑to‑end creation of a primary brand video for FRAMECAD, designed to clearly communicate who the company is, what it stands for, and the value of its end‑to‑end construction ecosystem.

The scope covered concept development, creative direction, filming, and delivery of a flagship brand film that brings together FRAMECAD’s people, technology, and facilities into a single, compelling story. The focus was on brand positioning and storytelling rather than product demonstrations, with the goal of building trust, credibility, and emotional connection with a global audience.

Filming took place on location at FRAMECAD’s office and factory, capturing real environments, teams, and processes to ensure authenticity. The video was designed as an evergreen asset that could be reused across multiple channels, including the website, social media, sales presentations, tradeshows, and internal communications.

Key deliverables included:

• One primary brand video (approximately 2 minutes in length)
• Fully edited, high‑quality master video suitable for use across digital, sales, and event channels
• A long‑term “About FRAMECAD” brand asset aligned to the company’s values, messaging, and global positioning

The final result was a clear, confident brand video that tells FRAMECAD’s story in a way that is easy to understand, visually engaging, and suitable for long‑term use across markets.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The brand video was launched internally and externally and quickly rolled out across the website, YouTube, social channels, sales presentations, and tradeshows, making it easy for teams to use straight away.

Feedback was very positive across leadership, sales, regional, and product teams, and early customer responses confirmed it clearly explains FRAMECAD’s value and fills a real gap in brand‑level storytelling.

In the first three months after launch, the video helped drive over 200,000 visits, showing strong reach and engagement.

Project management was smooth and well‑structured throughout. The team was organised, responsive, and clear in how they guided us through each stage of the process.

Deliverables were met on time, and communication was consistent, with regular check‑ins to keep things moving and aligned. They were receptive to feedback, quick to make adjustments, and proactive in offering recommendations when needed.

Overall, they were easy to work with, understood our requirements quickly, and made the process feel collaborative rather than transactional.

As Creative Director I have contracted Create X wonder for video and content production consistently since 2018. CAW are our 'first-choice' providers for video production and In my opinion are amongst the best at providing this service that I have encountered in New Zealand. Their ability to understand the brief then add value to it is what we and our clients are looking for in a video production company. The visuals,editing and project delivery is always first rate but ultimately their ability to work collaboratively on projects that require out-of-the-square thinking is what keeps me going back.
