We have shared the project flow with the team. The flow and the changes we need explicitly explain every feature we're looking for. The team fixed the bugs that we have then they worked on new features of our App. On our first meeting, the entire flow was clarified, and they then got to work on my app.

I’m the founder and CEO of J-Pad, a food delivery service app focusing on delivering grocery items. We deliver products like meat and vegetables to restaurants.

We wanted to increase our sales, so we asked Craft Coders Infotech LLP to create an app for us that would allow us to expand our business and be more accessible to people.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Craft Coders Infotech LLP helped us develop a delivery service app with a courier’s side, a customer’s side, and an administration portal. To achieve this, they built the web-based administration portal and connected it to both the courier’s and customer’s apps.

Initially, I provided Craft Coders Infotech LLP with some sketches I had created. From there, they created the UI/UX design, after which they built the app for iOS and Android devices using Flutter.

I worked together on this project from January–August 2021. Since then, they’ve done a second version of the app. Moreover, if we encounter any bugs, we can reach out to their team, and they will take care of those.

Craft Coders Infotech LLP successfully developed the app we needed, which is now live in the App Store and Google Play. Since launching it, we’ve seen an increase in our business, and we currently have over 3,000 users.

We used Skype to communicate with Craft Coders Infotech LLP. Whenever we found issues, we simply sent them a message, and they let us know how long it would take them to fix those issues. Throughout the project, some things took a bit longer than expected, but those delays were on both ends.

Craft Coders Infotech LLP delivered what they promised — they never made a promise they couldn’t keep. Whenever there was something they weren’t able to do, they were upfront about it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Craft Coders Infotech LLP could have been more creative on the design side. Their designs were good, but they had some room for improvement.

Have a clear plan before engaging in a project rather than asking the service provider to create a plan for you.

The team had very good communication - was available at just about any time of day or night, and always responded promptly. We mostly communicated by Skype or email.

They were very eager and helpful in translating our needs into the mobile app. They were also very patient and uncomplaining about the many changes we made during development due to my limited knowledge of both the technologies and UX of mobile apps.

They delivered the complete project on time and as per the project plan we shared with them initially. They were professional in communication, commitment and delivery. They were flexible and helped us in adjusting their plan as needed. They were ready to support as needed at any time without advance notice.

We used Jira for the task management. we used slack for the day to day communication. Used Google Meet for meetings.

We needed an app for our workforce of cleaners to track their time whilst working. Needed to be easy for cleaners to clock in with qrcodes but importantly have total offline capability with background sync to a firestore db as most of the sites have little or no internet access. Also wanted to be able to show cleaners their job lists and update job statuses.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

To be honest this was our first application development project so the main consideration was cost and ability to support the chosen dev tools. Firebase/React Native/Mobile App Development

The project was broken down into milestones. 1. Creation of basic app with ability to scan qrcodes and clock-in and out times and store this information into a firestore db 2. Add the ability to send reports such as damage, extra cleaning etc 3. Add the ability for cleaners schedules to be presented from firestore 4. Add the capability to show the cleaners jobs list for the day 5. Add functionality for supervisors to check jobs and update the job status and push this to firestore

Not sure but at least 3 or 4 coders from what I can tell.

We measured the outcomes by doing a testing phase for each milestone and recording these issues in trello. We ran two branches for dev and prod to ensure testing was complete before moving to prod

We used Skype as our main communication tool and testing feedback via skype and trello. Project management skills seem good enough, I would say timeliness could be a bit better but they always responded when timescales are being stretched

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think they are keen to make sure that the solution works and we worked well together. I have a technical background so it was good that we were able to share ideas and advice in both directions. I find them easy to work with and, most importantly, cost-effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would say the only area for improvement would be meeting deadlines, but you cant have everything :)

One of my friends gave a reference to this vendor as He previously worked with the vendor and was really happy with their work. So, I have decided to go with a few small tasks of my project so that I can understand how they will perform. After completing earlier tasks in the minimum time frame we have gained more trust in them and decided to go with the team.

We just have a wireframe of our project. They have first started with the UI/UX design of my app. After confirming the same they have started the development part. The app is built in native iOS and Android. For backend they have used PHP framework.

A UI/UX designer, two frontend developers, one backend developers and a tester. So, a team of 5 members worked on this project.

The designer has created an eye-catching design. The developers are too good with their work. Created a responsive app with user friendly design. We loved their work and the outcomes that we got from them.

The team of Craft Coders Infotech LLP completed all the tasks by the deadline. Every day, we receive updates on our projects. For communication we used Skype and Jira to manage our projects tasks.

The team has a lot of talent and expertise. Based on the most recent market trends, they have given us various feature suggestions. Very clear in terms of the commitment and the requirement. Our app has a really distinctive and user-friendly design. Each team member was aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

I don’t think so they need any improvement. They are working all good.
