The team handled end-to-end solution architecture design (Salesforce, integrations, and data layer), Salesforce implementation and configuration (custom objects, workflows, and automation), system integrations with external platforms (APIs, middleware, and data sync), data migration and transformation pipelines, custom application development, reporting and dashboards for operational and executive visibility, security and access model design (roles, permissions, and governance), user training materials and documentation, UAT support, and production deployment.

Corptec Technology Partners delivered clear, measurable improvements across operational efficiency and visibility. We saw a 30%–40% reduction in manual effort through workflow automation and system integration. We also saw a significant improvement in data accuracy and consistency, reducing reconciliation issues across systems. Additionally, we saw faster turnaround times for key business processes (reduced processing time by ~25%–35%) and real-time reporting and dashboards, enabling better decision-making at both operational and executive levels. We also saw improved user adoption, with streamlined processes and better system usability. Finally, we established a scalable platform foundation, allowing us to onboard new use cases and capabilities without major rework.

What stood out most was Corptec Technology Partners’ ability to bridge the gap between business and technology. They didn’t just execute on requirements — they took the time to understand our operating model, challenge assumptions where needed, and guide us toward better outcomes. This meant the solution wasn’t just technically sound but also aligned with our long-term business goals.Their depth across multiple areas — particularly Salesforce, data, and integrations — allowed them to take a holistic architectural view rather than solving problems in isolation. This significantly reduced rework and ensured the platform was scalable from day one.Another standout was their pragmatic and outcome-focused approach. They were able to balance delivering quickly (for MVP) while still laying the right foundations for future phases. Finally, their team was highly collaborative and easy to work with. Communication was clear, and they integrated seamlessly with our internal teams and other vendors, which made a big difference in a complex environment.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience was very positive, and there were no major gaps in delivery. If anything, given the complexity of the project and the demand for their senior resources, there were times when availability for key experts was a bit constrained. That said, Corptec Technology Partners managed this well by ensuring strong knowledge transfer within the team and maintaining continuity.As with most transformation projects, some requirements evolved during delivery. In hindsight, a slightly deeper upfront discovery in certain areas could have reduced a few iterations later on — but Corptec Technology Partners was flexible and responsive in adapting to these changes.
