Rapid progress updates communicated quickly during each sprint. This allowed us for quick decision making and ensured alignment with project goals. Also, we have a weekly meetings to review sprint progress, providing timely updates on completed milestones, features delivered, and any challenges faced. These regular reviews ensured everyone was aligned and allowed for quick adjustments as needed from both ends.

Our experience with CorpSoft has been great so far, one area for improvement could be in the QA process. Although the team did a great job overall, there were a couple of instances where earlier and more QA checkpoints testing could have helped identify the issues and ensure even smoother delivery. Nonetheless, their responsiveness and commitment to fix any issues were impressive, even after the delivery.

Scope of work by Corpsoft.io The Corpsoft.io team did a great job in platform performance optimization, technical support, and SEO. Here's how they helped us in detail: Platform Performance Optimization: They took a close look at our platform, optimized the code and database queries, set up caching, and ran performance tests. We got a detailed performance report with all final updates. Technical Support: They monitored our platform at all times and rectified any issue very fast. Not only during development, they also did frequent performance checks post development. 
We received from them ongoing monitoring, software updates, issue resolution reports, performance reports, user feedback analysis, and documentation. SEO: They did an in-depth SEO analysis, including keyword research and technical optimization improvements. Content optimization, auditing of site architecture by Google ranking standards, enhancement of platform speed, and mobile responsiveness assurance were done. At last, they launched a link-building campaign supplemented with SEO performance reports. Due to their efforts, our platform receives now twice the daily traffic compared to before.

A custom product was delivered using 7.5 sprints and reaching my business goals for a marketable product.

The team worked for 6 months (currently) on my project and worked with my continuous feedback to create a marketable MVP. The team ialways there and asking tough questions (something I admire when working with others). Every single comment or question was answered or is being worked on currently.

Tamara was the person I worked with most. She was great and kept up on objectives, strategy and further compiled work. Other members chimed in and asked questions when there were clarifications that were needed. I believe having this structure of employees deployed helps keep everything organized and in motion. A+ to the team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Corpsoft.io could have done differently?

Because the team is so advanced, and I'm a novice, I didn't understand some of the needed steps to complete a project of this size and complexity. After sending a brief of my project, and receiving a quote for said work, I was under the impression that everything I asked for would be completed to my liking in the given sprints. I was mistaken and ended up needing an additional 2.5 sprints. 

Because of my ignorance, I was expecting the team to completely understand what I envisioned and that is just not possible to do. I am happy with the work and I will be continuing to do work on this project in the future of vin.org. I would say overall, the only thing I would suggest improvement on is the quoting process and making sure we are both aligned on what a project entails.
