Through regular team calls throughout, we were able to see progress and provide direction in real time, leading to a quick completion that delivered on all our expectations.

We were very happy with the results they delivered in helping to craft the look, feel, and features of our platform. We have consistently received praise for platform design and appreciate the effort of everyone on the team to deliver the results we received.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a terrific mindset and attitude in approaching our project, incorporating our requirements and preferences while also bringing unique perspective and ideas in that helped to guide the final product.

Communication was a strong suit in project management overall, though there were times in the middle of the project where another meeting or two may have helped speed things up even more.

I’m the COO of a financial literacy company. Using our interactive application, we educate high school kids on how to be financially literate.

Coreware Group built the entire app from scratch. They worked closely with us, developing several iterations based on our requirements and feedback. They created the backend interface and are currently managing the app by fixing bugs and applying enhancements as needed.

Our CEO had already linked up with Dustin even before I joined the company. But I’ve known Dustin for a long time — we graduated from the same college and both served in the military. It was really just by chance that we ended up working together on this project.

We’ve invested around $500,000–$1 million on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Coreware Group in November 2019, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been getting a good amount of engagement on our app, but it’s too early to note any metrics in terms of revenue.

How did Coreware Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a great job — they handle the entire work well, send updates regularly, and set reasonable timelines. We communicate mainly through Zoom and manage tasks through Microsoft Office apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Coreware Group team is composed of individuals with integrity and people that we want to be involved with. They’re first-class people in a first-class organization.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I honestly don’t think there’s anything they need to improve on — they’ve done a pretty remarkable job.

You will not regret hiring Coreware Group. Working with them has been one of the best decisions we’ve made, and that decision is still paying dividends up to now.

We needed help to develop our mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built an app for Android and iOS for us. I had a clickable prototype, and they took the vision of that to enhance it and formulate it into the existing app in stores right now. They did the color design, improved our logo, and worked with them for UI/UX design.

They currently provide follow-up to the deliverable they handed.

We saw around other 20 developers, but CoreWare Group was just down the street from my house. After I met them, I realized that they were passionate about what I wanted to do, and it felt like they brought a nice blend of understanding people and technology.

We’ve spent $20,000–$25,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. The product is already in the different application store platforms, but we keep in touch for assistance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Even though these are the early stages of the app, we’ve been getting great user feedback reviews. The users are very complimentary of the design and how the app is different from other competing products on the market.

They’re great at meeting deadlines and giving us a heads up on any changes or things that come up. I also love that they’re open and helpful with communication; I can reach out to them on phone calls or email for any questions or advice.

It’s a positive experience, and they do a great job collaborating and sharing the process with us.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

Have a basic idea of your project and the tech terms that are involved. CoreWare Group is helpful in teaching, but you have to make your effort to understand what you’re trying to build.

Professionalism and willingness to work with a small business with not many decision makers. I needed someone to really take the lead and finish this project for me.

As this company goes I hope they are able to keep the culture that they have now. Dustin the CEO is so professional he has now set the bar for how I interact with companies.

I had created some initial wireframes to walk through the app, but I didn’t have any coding experience. I needed front- and backend development help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CoreWare Group developed the prototype of our mobile app. They took the rough wireframes I had created and built the app. Their team built both an iOS and Android version of the platform, working in ReactNative. They offered their creative ideas and consulted on different aspects of the app.

I posted our project on a few websites. Dustin reached out to me to say he’d done work like this before. He showed me some of their previous projects to look over. After a few initial calls, we determined they were the right fit. I interviewed a few other companies but they didn’t have the same professional allure.

Our engagement ran from August 2020–October 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I was very pleased with the final result and took their demo to my investors. They really brought my idea to life. The CoreWare Group team knew exactly how to tweak things to best fit the needs of the user. Having a tangible version of my idea helped build anticipation for the final product.

I would have had them build out the full app if it was in my budget. Dustin and Filip were great about helping me transition to the college developers who will be finishing the backend.

I met with Filip on a weekly or biweekly basis. He always made a point to have a half-hour chat with me. That’s when we’d get the creative juices flowing and he would help me solve any problems we had. We would bounce ideas off each other and then he and his team would make it happen. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

CoreWare Group is professional through and through. Seeing my ideas go from rough wireframes to completed screens was incredible. I never had an inkling of doubt while dealing with them. Their enthusiasm and creativity blew me away.

No, I wish I had been able to keep working with them

Have weekly calls to keep them engaged. It helped keep me excited about the idea and kept the project top of mind. The best part of my week was hearing my ideas come to life step by step.

First and foremost, the site immediately populated with any key word referencing the company services. Then once I shared the page with my clients I was given feedback for its professionalism and quality.

I was incredibly impressed with the speed and end result of the page. The crew worked fast and efficiently, delivering well before my desired timeline.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal for our website development is to maximizing direct sales and marketing. We want generate more qualified leads, improve lead conversion rate and better support company brand. We also want an user friendly platform so we can easily update.

How did you select CoreWare Group?

We were referred to CoreWare Group by a good friend of ours. At the same time, we also contacted some other companies and narrowed down to 2 companies after receiving their pitches and proposals.

It was a very easy decision for us to choose CoreWare group as the company stands out the most. Our decisions were made based on their high qualification, professionalism and their fair price point.

Once we decided to choose CoreWare Group, we were assigned to their project manager and scheduled with a series of meetings to discuss our ideals and goals. The team helps us clarify our goals, give us good advice and recommendations on the objectives.

Within the first couple weeks, we received mockups and drafts on our Main Page. We keep sufficient communication throughout the process. After some further discussions, they have no problem helping us with any changes or adjustments that we want.

They finalized the designs and came back with the completed products in a video platform which was very easy for us to follow through. One of the best things the team has helped us is their thorough guidance at the end on how we can make certain adjustments on our own using a very user friendly platform. We feel like we can take full control and responsibility of our website

Initially, we were first introduced to the CEO of CoreWare group when we got to know the company and its qualification, we also discussed our expectations and goals.

We were assigned to a project manager where we communicated with the most throughout the process. He first got us acquainted with technical specifications and the due date, he monitors the whole product development process to ensure each step will be ended on time. At the end he also showcased us the product demo to get our feedback and approval to continue.

He did a great job in communicating with us throughout the process and updates weekly. Any changes that we want to make were assigned to the 2 front-end and 2 back-end developers as well as Quality assurance engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a month after our new website was completed, we were very satisfied with the outcome. We saw a tremendous improvement in sales and 88% increase in traffic to the website. The new “Get Quote Now” is a great way for us to generate qualified leads, increase sales.

The platform was so easy which helps us collect information from prospects so much faster and more efficiently. Our contact form was more visible, we made a great first impression to our prospects.

Together with our SEO Team and Facebook + Google Ads, most leads came in with high conversion rates (58%), clients spend at least 6 to 10 minutes researching our websites and landing pages.

Our small company has grown to 1 Million in sales within 3 months. We use our website now as the main marketing tool and platform and still have great feedback from our clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project manager did an amazing job in communicating, consulting and guiding us throughout the process. The team was excellent in their input, transformation, and output. The team has very effective communication skills that involve consistently updating each person and never assuming that everyone has the same information.

We feel like we were always in the loop with all the updates weekly, biweekly. The manager did not hesitate to jump on a virtual meeting, call or group texts to make sure our completed products are beyond our expectation.

Coreware Group provides a strong and cohesive team that collaborates efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner. I was very impressed by how closely all the deadlines were met.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed by CoreWare Group’s knowledge in website development, proficiency in front-end development web programming languages, and high level of computer literacy.

The reason they stand out from other web development companies is because of their creative, aesthetic pleasing and professional flair for design and an imaginative mindset. They also pay very close attention to detail which is a plus.

In general, CoreWare Group did a great job. We were a little behind the launching schedule. However, it has a lot to do with the adjustment that we wanted to make and we were both very patient and flexible. I have a small problem in sending emails because it was not updated from our end.

We are very patient and happy knowing that the end product is so perfect and exceed our expectations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CoreWare created the app. I brought to the table real-life examples of the stickers and emojis I wanted, and they brought their designers and graphic artists to the table. We consulted on different versions of the art and came up with final decisions for the product we wanted to release.

I am the Founder and President of a Social Media Platform being released in 2022.

For what projects/services did your company hire Coreware Group, and what were your goals?

We hired Coreware to develop our social media app and have so far paid them to develop the front end design. We also used them to add a professional touch to our Pitch Deck which has been used in investor pitches. Coreware also created a video advertisement which is being used on our investor campaign.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After speaking with several development teams and companies, Coreware Group was by far the most practical, professional and honest. I do not regret my decision at all.

When looking to develop an app, you need someone who understands your target audience which in my case was 18-34 yr olds. The app needs to be designed properly and have features developed in a manner that is appealing and easy to use. After looking through their previous work and speaking with them, I knew that they would crush it.

First our platform needed to be designed which they did quick and efficiently. We are now going into our back-end development where I know they will do a great job. We are also using them for our cybersecurity, database set up and potentially a cryptocurrency development. They are a full in-house software company which makes the process a lot easier.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have not spoken to a single person who does not love the design, pitch deck or the video. We have not launched but are looking to have between 5,000 and 10,000 users in our beta.

The project manager Filip and the CEO Dustin are both great individuals and are very knowledgable about app development and cyber security. Their work comes back fast and if you need changes, they are very easy to work with. Not everything is going to come back exactly how you envisioned it (as with any other company) however, when you need a change, it is done correctly and within days.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The biggest thing was that they are relatable people, there are tons of development teams I spoke with who would try to impress you or were hard to communicate with. With Coreware Group, they understands the concept and know how to make your vision better. Everyone I have met has been kind and helpful during my process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion, there is nothing that I would fix. The video that I had them make took longer than expected but I also had many more changes than I anticipated.
