SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I believed they were competent and that I could trust them, and I was right on both counts. I don't know the IT space well...and I don't want to have to. I do, however, need for my company's IT to work well.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I probably interact with 6-8 people in positions ranging from managed support, systems engineer, account management, finance, and even ownership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I just don't think much about Endoplus IT because it works. When there are problems, CoreVision sticks with us to help us identify root cause...even when that root cause is outside of the scope of our agreement. I have neither the interest nor the capacity to stay current on threats in the IT space. They do, and following their advice has served me well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. I particularly value that someone from CoreVision will remote onto my (our) computers when we have questions/problems to see first hand and address it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Core Vision IT Solutions is trustworthy. They deliver and work well with our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind.

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a residential youth care facility, with our own school district. I am the the Director of Technology and Facilities.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Core Vision IT Solutions?

I have been with CoreVision since 2004 and have done many projects with them. These past 5 years I have been tasked with upgrading our network.

I am a one woman IT shop and brought in CoreVision to collaborate on evaluation of our equipment, internal and external wiring. We completely re-designed the network which was established in the 90's. Brought in more computer access for staff, rewired 5 buildings and and added wifi. We also updated our phone system. It was my vision to provide any time, anywhere, from any device access. In the middle of this project, a lightning strike blew out our splicing vault and we had to lay all new fiber between our buildings.

After that, we opened a second location. We designed that network as a remote site from our main sight in Mukwonago. Now that all those projects are done, we collaborate with CoreVision for managed IT services - server management backups, and firewall management.

How did you select Core Vision IT Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

As I said above, I have been with CoreVison since 2004. I am very comfortable with them. They know how I work and I know what to expect from them.

I work with John, Peter, Noah and Christy for service delivery and of course Jeff, Principal Owner, for project management and equipment acquisition.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We didn't even notice the pandemic. We were able to shift to delivering services to our youth and families and as well as work from home for some of the staff that were not needed on campus.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. The team was ready when the project started, and they finished the project on time and within budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are there when I need them. They have fantastic customer service.

None.
