We have done many projects together during the last 8 months. Coozmoo we hire mainly for outsourcing SEO, PPC, and Social media management work. There was occasional e-commerce work done. Key goals to improve keyword ranking for clients, Build tier 3 backlinking, and provide content management strategy.
Additionally, with PPC manage ads and ensure the client generates revenue also tweak ads as needed. Social media management always delivers 15 days' worth of posting ahead of time to ensure smooth posting.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Coozmoo offers an agency dashboard to track each project. In my experience working with them we have focused on 30 keywords out of them we chose 5 top keywords to start with. I can see when we started the campaign these keywords were ranked more than 100 and they have helped to put them on google page one in a few months. The entire process is very transparent they also do biweekly calls on Zoom to go over the progress.
I have seen organic search and domain authority have increased significantly in 5-6 months of SEO. SMM side clients have a chance to review posting on the social pilot (tool they use)15 days ahead and they ensure if any modification needs to be corrected put that for another review. In short, they have a basecamp project management tool and Agency dashboard where clients can see progress and each task they complete.

I like the project management the most always ready to jump on a call, dedicated project managers and if need any revision or review they will spend time to explain. We have mostly communicated on Zoom calls. They do offer other messaging services like Skype and Whatsapp but I always preferred Zoom.
