Our online store's sales were plummeting, so convertlane did a full analysis of the store and concluded that they would need to optimise:

1. Website performance and speed of loading
2. Adjust the copy and product descriptions
3.  Adjust the angle of messaging on our Google advertisements, because we are advertising alcohol in our store.

The team changed the copy after an analysis, configured caching, optimised our images and minified code. We did some testing on ad variations and found some good angles that we then tested. The team also refered us to a Tik Tok content creator that now runs our Tik Tok and produces content.

Yes, the overall time of the project was under 2 months. They delivered everything as agreed upon and also refered us to a content creator that really fit into our team.

The main objectives: 

1. Redesign the website on Woocommerce with SEO in mind, as our website at the time was made with Magento. 
2. Automate the billing and set up post purchase emails 
3. Properly set up tracking and analytics 
4. Start advertising on Google and Email marketing to our existing database. The redesign was definitely the longest and the most stresful part of our cooperation. 

The team managed to develop a new webstore in a span of 7 months based on the design that we agreed on. The previous store was ranked on Google, which ranking the team managed to keep and minimise the damage that came with a new website structure. In the following months, they have setup post purchase email flows, analytics, tracking and heatmaps which paved the way to amping up our advertising on Google. 
Up until this day of writing, we still work together. They have definitely proved themselves valuable and are a great partner/advisors to us.
