What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
ControlF5 built a simple WordPress landing page for Home Quest Journey in 2024 when it was just a networking idea for real estate people. The page helped us prove there was real demand. Based on that success, we converted the same website into a full technology platform, adding features and later launching our PropLiveChat AI tool. Today, Home Quest Journey is a tech-driven real estate solution helping multicultural communities buy homes in Australia.

It was a simple landing page with a few sections, so it did not take a long time. ControlF5 delivered everything on time and responded well to all my needs. Communication was clear and they made changes quickly when I asked.

The person Chhavi knew WordPress very well, so they understood exactly what I wanted without much explanation. They listened to my requirements and delivered exactly what I needed. Their technical knowledge and clear communication made the whole process smooth and easy.
Are there any areas for improvement or something ControlF5 could have done differently?
The only area for improvement is communication. I would speak with one person about my requirements, but then someone else would work on the project. This created small misunderstandings. Having a single point of contact from start to finish would make the process smoother.
