Then, we proceed to the project planning stage, whereby we fixed the budget, the timeline is set, and the website scope of work is defined. Within specified timelines all the planned steps were initiated and the quality testing before release.

I'm the co-founder of a digital marketing agency and assist companies that are looking for online growth through sales or lead generation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Controlf5, and what were your goals?
We were constantly looking out for a professional developer / company who can help us cater to the demand for development related work with experience and expertise. Our goal was to provide our clients with an impeccable service experience that includes quality and reliability.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We came across Controlf5 through online search on a portal, where they had bid for a project that we had put out. We decided to go ahead with them only after looking at their portfolio and the timeline which was promised by them.

The project included customised web designing and development of an e-commerce website which had 100+ products. The project was divided into phases, namely - Design, Development, QC and Final Delivery. The platform to be used was Shopify.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with one of the project managers on a daily basis coordination, while a top level discussion happened with the owner as well at times.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The website design as well as the features suggested by the team through the course of the project were great. We could approach them with feedbacks from the client for a particular issue and received proper attention until the issue was resolved. That way, the whole team is very cooperative and understanding.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project was managed in a very professional manner and with full ownership. We maintained all communication on the portal where we hired the team, whereas day-to-day communication throughout the project was done on Skype.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
In India, it is very rare to come across such professionalism, expertise and skill led team of developers. Adding to it is their charges and how competitive they are in the present scheme of things.

So far we cannot really comment on the areas of improvement as things have moved on quite satisfactorily with the projects undertaken by the team controlf5

We hired Controlf5 to build a new website that reflects our brand. Our key goal is to attract the right target audience and have a platform to share more about our company that we had with our old e-commerce site.

I used Upwork to shortlist vendors and selected Controlf5 because I felt Chhavi understood the project well and her team had the skills to deliver the website at an affordable price.

We had an initial meeting to discuss the key deliverables and timelines. Then we tracked the work on a detailed google sheet which allowed me to review and request updates / approve changes before an area was considered complete.

I was satisfied with the final result. The project took longer than planned due to some miscommunication but once it was all fixed, it was delivered well.

Project management was tracked on the google sheet, Communication was via Upwork and was very responsive.

Their willingness to go above and beyond to fix any issues identified is impressive.

Project tracking with the client. I set up the tracking google sheet and only then did we progress well.
