Contra Studio led a full end-to-end website redesign, including brand-aligned visual identity updates, UX and information architecture, custom animations, and high-fidelity design across all core pages. The scope also included e-commerce implementation, subscription platform integration, lead-generation flows, and CMS setup, resulting in a fully custom, conversion-focused site that clearly communicates our technology and supports ongoing growth.

The redesigned site more than doubled conversion rate, increased overall traffic by over 150%, and improved average organic search position by 3–5 rankings across key queries.

• The website is made up of information sections and an online modules section that contains interactive formats such as infographics, fold-out accordions, cards with definitions, among others. In addition to multiple choice exercises, true and false answers, among others.

• At a graphic level, the brand's new graphics were successfully applied.

In general terms, the agreed delivery times have been met. They have provided moments for feedback and have been open about the needs expressed. To improve, it is necessary to have a real work plan (in the sense that it considers the different variables that arise with this type of projects, such as delays in response from clients for feedback, delays in delivery of inputs or several rounds of adjustments), so that you have a more grounded estimate of the final delivery times and knowledge of the stages.

Develop of a web page that allows the company to assemble different editions of a digital magazine, customizing the colors, number of sessions, images and in general all the contents from an interface that anyone can easily edit. Without changing typographies and the editorial structure of the magazine. 

In the web design was considered an editorial design aimed to bring features of the physical editions in a digital publication taking advantage of what digital allows such as a carousel of images and a playlist. 

The design was thought to provide the best experience to readers both on computer and cell phones.

People who prefer to read on paper said that the digital magazine is easy to navigate. 

The magazine's second edition could be easily loaded by following the video tutorials. 

For digital natives, the magazine was attractive in terms of desing and usability. 

People think that the magazine retains features of the print editions.

Contra studio proposed a schedule of deliverables that was fully complied. Always proposed spaces for conversation and exploration of the website and attended all our suggestions for improvement or proposed alternatives to mitigate the difficulties.

The way of communicating a complex language as programming language is for some people. And the capacity to design pages that can be used by ordinary people.

The scope of work for this project involved creating a website that reflects our brand identity, showcases our products and services, and provides an exceptional user experience for prospects.

CONTRA was responsible for implementing the design and functionality of the website, ensuring that it was responsive and accessible across different devices. They were also tasked with optimizing the website for search engines, integrating analytics tools, and implementing security measures to protect user data.

Key Deliverables:

1. Design implementation: Reflect the delivered Figma designs accurately into a final website.
2. Responsive design: The website needed to be optimized for different devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
3. Content management system: The website was built on a content management system that allows us to easily manage and update the content of the website, specially for our blog.
4. Search engine optimization: CONTRA was responsible for optimizing the website for search engines by implementing best practices for on-page SEO, such as optimizing page titles and meta descriptions.
5. Analytics integration: CONTRA was also responsible for integrating Google Analytics to track user behavior and provide insights into website performance

CONTRA showcases the perfect combination between high quality execution and speed of execution. They're also extremely responsive and make us feel peace of mind.

CONTRA could level up by having a more sophisticated project management system. Currently, we do things async, and as a young and fast-paced startup, it's perfect for us. However, more mature companies may need a more stable process.
