We engaged Contagia across two workstreams. The first was a detailed animated explainer video for our geospatial software company. Their team took a complex technical product and translated it into a clear motion graphics narrative, handling the script structure, storyboard, animation, and sound design. The second workstream was cinematic brand animation for our consumer app, where they developed multiple creative directions for us to choose from and then refined the selected version through revision rounds based on our feedback. Key deliverables included the full animated software explainer video, a finished logo animation delivered in 4K in both landscape and portrait orientations, an animated brand asset incorporating our web address, and all source files so our internal team can adapt the work going forward. Everything was delivered in the formats we requested and on the agreed timeline.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The explainer video has become the centerpiece of our sales process. Instead of spending the first fifteen minutes of every call walking prospects through what our software does, we send the video ahead of time and start conversations at a much deeper level. It has shortened our early sales conversations and improved how quickly prospects understand our offering. On the consumer side, the brand animation now opens every piece of video content we publish, giving us a consistent and professional presentation across all channels. Both deliverables arrived on schedule and on budget, and every revision we requested was turned around within days. The clearest indicator of success is that we are already planning additional projects with them.

Their project management was straightforward and reliable. Every deliverable arrived on time or ahead of schedule, and revisions were typically turned around within days rather than weeks. Communication was direct and responsive. When we gave feedback, even detailed or highly specific requests, the team implemented it exactly as described without needing multiple rounds of clarification. They also presented options proactively, giving us several creative directions to choose from rather than locking us into a single concept, which made decisions on our end faster. We worked across time zones and it never created friction. They were consistently available, kept the process moving, and never made us chase them for status updates or files.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their range. The same team that made a technical software explainer clear and engaging also delivered cinematic brand animation for our consumer product. Most agencies do one or the other well. They also take feedback better than anyone we've worked with, no ego, just fast and precise execution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Contagia could have done differently?

Nothing significant. The only thing I'd suggest is including a short written rationale alongside creative options when they present multiple directions, since it would speed up decisions on the client side. Once we asked for that, they provided it immediately. Beyond that, we have no complaints and plan to keep working with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

During our collaboration Contagia worked on our creating a more defined Brand Strategy, for investor POV. The key deliverable included: 

- Brand Identity: This included both Visual and Verbal identity.

- Brand Positioning statement, according to our goals, mission and vision.

- Optimizing decks used for several marketing, sales & investors pitch, utilizing our brand voice , tone and design.

- Back end app optimization (UI/UX)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have just completed the project, and results are yet to manifest. As of UI/UX implementation is concerned, Contagia team has done a great job with some key optimizations in User Experience of the interface, through the customer feedback document we provided, along with our concerns.

This is our second time working with them and responsivenss and working under tight deadlines is something that is truly commendable about them.

They are very upfront about outcomes, and don't hesitate to cross questions our decision. The team was very collaborative and appreciated our involvement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Contagia could have done differently?

Their marketing services are currently limited. It would have been very convenient for startups with small teams if they could have got all the marketing work sorted in one place. It could have been beneficial for them as well.
