It's difficult to achieve perfection when offering a service, and it takes time to discover and understand a company in order to know which alternatives to recommend. I think the exploration period regarding our company could have been shortened a bit, but understanding that they hadn't had many clients in our sector, it was a necessary step to support us knowledgeably and professionally.
