It was a very interesting process of introspection, guided by Alejandro (strategic aspect) and consultant Juan (interpreting the needs and supporting implementation). It was beneficial to us from every point of view.

Creativity in solving various problems faced by SMEs in Argentina. From organization, processes, tracking sales processes in a CRM, staff recruitment, marketing and sales strategies, automation, business strategies, KPIs, and goal achievement.

It's difficult to achieve perfection when offering a service, and it takes time to discover and understand a company in order to know which alternatives to recommend. I think the exploration period regarding our company could have been shortened a bit, but understanding that they hadn't had many clients in our sector, it was a necessary step to support us knowledgeably and professionally.

I'm the manager of administration at Vuoi SRL, a consumer products and services company. We offer meal services for employees of companies and catering for corporate events, backed by 55 years of experience in the sector.

Moreover, their main contribution has been the division of functions among our partners, which is key for a family business. Consultora BPS has created a family council that has achieved the necessary consensus for our company to function smoothly. Additionally, they've improved our communication channels.
