Contracted by one of my accendo groupe clients based in Dubai, a growing D365 consulting startup working on implementation projects. Client needed two more consultants - finance functional consultant and project analyst.

Presented 4 and then 5 candidates for the two jobs. 3 interviewed for both. Offers and contracts for both roles. Got them onboarded. Now handling contract changes for these two roles. Very tight deadline for client's project launch - 3 weeks.Our client had the candidates within deadline and they started within 3 weeks in both cases, one immediately.
