What challenge were you trying to address with Constant Technologies LLC?

We worked with a different vendor and didn’t like the website they produced. Afterward, a colleague referred us to Constant Technologies LLC to redesign and develop the site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They fully designed and developed our website. Fans can visit the site to see information about all of our players. We’re planning to add an online ticket feature that will be on the mobile version of the site.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, a backend developer, a frontend developer, and a web designer.

How did you come to work with Constant Technologies LLC?

We were referred to them by a friend. We chose them after seeing some of their previous work.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in September 2018, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The site looks great. We’re very happy with the results and satisfied with their work. We also appreciate the continuous improvements that they're adding to the site.

How did Constant Technologies LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

The team emails me their work so that we can review it over email. They’re always easy to get in touch with, and everything is delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are kind people and do an excellent job. They’re also invested in the work, acting as if they were a part of our team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

I would recommend giving them a try.

We needed someone to develop our mobile app for package delivery.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After I gave them my idea, they wrote our technical documentation and then designed and developed iOS and web apps. They’re continuing to develop the Android app.

What is the team composition?

We work with a project manager who oversees five or six developers.

How did you come to work with Constant Technologies LLC?

Some of my clients and friends worked with them and recommended that I use them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $150,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2018 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have 3,000 customers in Israel using the system and we’ve received very positive feedback from them.

How did Constant Technologies LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They set the timelines. We use Teamwork to see every task being done, which is a very easy system. We also communicate through Skype and email. Every two or three days, we talk with the project manager via Skype. We’ve also visited their office.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re affordable for us and we find it easy to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything is working well.

We have another idea and we plan to use them. I’ve recommended them to friends in Israel.

I’m the head of quality management at A.Y Shoham LTD, a construction inspection company. We work in the field of building sites, and I oversee our product offering called “QforB.”

What challenge were you trying to address with Constant Technologies LLC?

We decided to develop an internal tool that could make the process of construction reporting—keeping track of work completed in construction sites—paperless and accessible online. We recognized the market need for an app that would also provide on-site support. That’s when Constant Technologies entered the picture.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Constant Technologies received a briefing of all that we needed and delivered a web-based tool. The QforB product generates reports of information regarding the status of construction sites, as well as advisory blueprints and plans for architecture, plumbing, and more.

With just one touch, I can instantly receive all the information I need without carrying around cumbersome paperwork. Everything’s online, allowing people in cool, air-conditioned offices to monitor the work being done outside.

Constant Technologies LLC continues to develop this product on a daily basis. Every week, we’ll meet to discuss any emerging issues as well as different developments. The team recently created an Android application that we can also use offline.  

What is the team composition?

My primary point of contact is a representative for their Israel office, but we have a staff of around 10 engineers working on the product behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Constant Technologies LLC?

They came recommended by my supervisors. I quickly realized that they were able to bring my crazy ideas to life, so I’ve worked with them ever since.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked with them since 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Constant Technologies LLC delivered a sophisticated, two-part product. The app partially operates as an off-the-shelf product that can be used by itself offline. One also has the option of deploying our services in different construction sites—we now have a special department dedicated to providing the manpower behind those operations.

Thanks to the product, we’ve received about 40 additional projects, which has been a major increase in work.

How did Constant Technologies LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We used phone, email, and Skype to communicate, but we’d also meet in person every week to discuss new developments. My main contact was available by phone almost 24/7, which was remarkable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re able to make vague, “crazy” ideas a reality. The team at Constant Tech is capable of translating our niche market needs into app solutions. Even though I often don’t exactly know what I’m asking for, they’re able to take those beginner ideas and deliver effective solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really, I can’t think of anything. They have excellent customer service, so they’re very supportive of any emerging problems.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You don’t have to have a clear-cut idea in order to pitch it to them. Imagine big—they’ll allow your idea to evolve in unexpected directions. You’ll start with just a sketch and end up with something grand.

We were looking for someone that could help us with software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team has completed several projects for us. They’ve developed the front- and backend of an Android and iOS app, along with a web application. It connects users with enterprises. Their team used JavaScript and Python for development.

What is the team composition?

It depends on the type of project. Sometimes we work with a small team, and other times, we have more than 10 people.

We know them from the area we are in.

Our engagement with Constant Technologies LLC began in 2015.

Most of the time, everything works pretty well. Their team does a lot of day to day tasks. As it is software and development, there are times where we face challenges. They always get through them.

Constant Technologies LLC has quite a responsive team. We mostly use phone and email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team is great. If I wasn’t pleased with their work, I wouldn’t be engaging with them as long as I have.

Everyone has room for improvement. There is always an opportunity for better performance.
