What was the scope of their involvement?
They fully designed and developed our website. Fans can visit the site to see information about all of our players. We’re planning to add an online ticket feature that will be on the mobile version of the site.

After I gave them my idea, they wrote our technical documentation and then designed and developed iOS and web apps. They’re continuing to develop the Android app.

They set the timelines. We use Teamwork to see every task being done, which is a very easy system. We also communicate through Skype and email. Every two or three days, we talk with the project manager via Skype. We’ve also visited their office.

I’m the head of quality management at A.Y Shoham LTD, a construction inspection company. We work in the field of building sites, and I oversee our product offering called “QforB.”
What challenge were you trying to address with Constant Technologies LLC?
We decided to develop an internal tool that could make the process of construction reporting—keeping track of work completed in construction sites—paperless and accessible online. We recognized the market need for an app that would also provide on-site support. That’s when Constant Technologies entered the picture.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Constant Technologies received a briefing of all that we needed and delivered a web-based tool. The QforB product generates reports of information regarding the status of construction sites, as well as advisory blueprints and plans for architecture, plumbing, and more.
With just one touch, I can instantly receive all the information I need without carrying around cumbersome paperwork. Everything’s online, allowing people in cool, air-conditioned offices to monitor the work being done outside.
Constant Technologies LLC continues to develop this product on a daily basis. Every week, we’ll meet to discuss any emerging issues as well as different developments. The team recently created an Android application that we can also use offline.

My primary point of contact is a representative for their Israel office, but we have a staff of around 10 engineers working on the product behind the scenes.

Constant Technologies LLC delivered a sophisticated, two-part product. The app partially operates as an off-the-shelf product that can be used by itself offline. One also has the option of deploying our services in different construction sites—we now have a special department dedicated to providing the manpower behind those operations.
Thanks to the product, we’ve received about 40 additional projects, which has been a major increase in work.
How did Constant Technologies LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
We used phone, email, and Skype to communicate, but we’d also meet in person every week to discuss new developments. My main contact was available by phone almost 24/7, which was remarkable.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re able to make vague, “crazy” ideas a reality. The team at Constant Tech is capable of translating our niche market needs into app solutions. Even though I often don’t exactly know what I’m asking for, they’re able to take those beginner ideas and deliver effective solutions.

Not really, I can’t think of anything. They have excellent customer service, so they’re very supportive of any emerging problems.
