Total waste of time. They don't know what they are doing. They have no app expertise at all. I paid them for a four month build and a year later it was a total disaster. Nothing worked. It was a hideous buggy mess. They even had a 100% money back guarantee.

When I asked for a refund they said, too bad you already paid us and gave me some BS line about milestones when nothing (literally nothing) worked. If you work with Prashant, just know he is lying to you every step of the way. A year later and $15,000 and I have nothing to show for it, but useless code that another firm thought I wrote.

It did nothing but crash oh and it was so hideous. When I wanted to make cosmetic changes they kept saying, $500 more, $1000 more and I was never consulted on anything in the first place. Spelling mistakes, buttons that went nowhere, pages that did nothing...I come to find out that they didn't even use a current code, but instead some old mess that wasn't even secure. They will lie to you every step of the way.

Nothing was impressive. They took no notes at meetings. Never followed up on anything I requested. Made every decision without my input.

While the project was under development, I was speaking to the Project manager who was excellent in communication and i was getting regular and timely updates on the work done. There were 2-3 developers and a quality testing team was involved.

The impact of technology has a strong effect on my business. My business has grown after using the mobile application and E-commerce platform.

The project management was effective, I was given a project plan before the project hit the development process. The project manager was effective and he made sure the timelines were met. The build quality was amazing and the level of understanding and execution was class apart.

Consagous Technologies was selected for a small module initially but in later phases they took control of complete project and delivering amazing quality work.

Telecom is a dynamics industry where customers have a tendency to select different service providers.We have a large data set of customers whose buying patterns needs to be analysed to know the prediction of the churning.

Initially we were assigned a Business analyst who was extremely skilled and he collected all the information and project scope from our team. Once the Scope of work was locked ,we were assigned a highly experienced Project manager who skillfully managed the sprints and quality output. Since it is a complex project around 10 data engineers are working on this project who are extremely skilled and knowledgeable.

Initially, we engaged Consagous Technologies to develop a website for a fundraiser. Their team built and designed the platform.

Currently, they're developing our app for Apple and Google. Consagous Technologies's building the UI including those for customers and drivers. The service is similar to other on-demand apps: The platform connects vendors and customers, and then a driver delivers a product. In this case, a driver takes construction materials from a vendor and delivers them to the end-user.

What is the team composition?

I work with at least four people at Consagous Technologies. There are a couple of project managers, a salesperson, and the head of development. I’m not sure how many people are working on the code.

We’re in the middle of the project, which means feedback's just between colleagues. Their team has delivered on all their benchmarks, but we don’t have specific metrics.

Their project management has been good so far. We communicate by e-mail and Skype. Consagous Technologies has followed timelines. Whenever issues or details come up, they fix them quickly. Their team is pretty responsive.

Consagous were better than imagined! The business development manager was present from beginning to end, every step of the way, to assure that communication was clear and the team understood what we needed. The team manager and lead developer were professional and careful to warn my client of what was needed to advance each stage and they coordinated well, using online tools such as video Skype and email, always being very careful to move forward effectively.

Motus Move is an app to remind people to stretch frequently during the day, while they are busy on their computers and phones, and may forget to move, which causes back problems. It was designed for children, however could be for the whole family .

The business manager was part of the team from beginning to end. we had a lead programer and project manager, as well as the support of the management team.

They were efficient and professional and always had good humor and great enthusiasm. They warned us of issues we may have overlooked, such as the necessity for the user to pause "game mode" or the alarm may not work. It was a joy to work with them.

I do not have any recommendations at this time. I feel that it was incredibly easy for us to work at a distance, which was impressive. they have all the necessary structure and tools to work remotely with clients.

We found them online, read their reviews, and set up an introductory call. We also contacted other vendors, but Consagous was by far our preferred option. Not only did they have good prices, but they also read through the materials we sent them and asked a lot of relevant questions; they engaged with us in a different way than the others.

We first put together a timeline and workflow. They had a good standard contract that we amended a little and then we were ready to start. They developed the product alongside us, and when we needed guidance on how to set up things, like an AWS server or we had AppStore issues, they guided us through. When we reported bugs, they fixed them within a day.

We had a great project manager who took care of the practicalities, a tech manager who was our main contact person, and a tech team.

The app is not out yet, so we do not have any metrics at this point.

They were very effective and good at communicating clearly with us. Most things could be solved via email or WhatsApp, and we scheduled a Skype call if we needed to discuss anything further. As they built the team and progressed in the project, they asked relevant questions, and they always delivered test builds on time.

We didn’t experience any language or cultural barriers. They’re in India and we’re in Europe, so this could have been an issue, but it wasn’t. The time difference was also not an issue for us. The workflow was seamless, and we all communicated clearly.

A 24-hour timetable shows the field’s availability. Consagous Technologies integrated features that allow field owners to pay registration fees to us, and users to pay booking fees that go directly to an owner’s bank account.
