When I came on board, the company was dabbling in paid search on Google Ads. Also, we were ramping up the sales team, hiring inside and field representatives, and trying to align with what we needed to strategically invest in programs, including paid advertising for top-of-the-funnel lead generation. However, it quickly became apparent that there wasn’t a lot of strategy and structure implemented, so scaling the existing programs wasn’t going to work.

The first step was to have Conquerrr come in, learn our business, clean up the structure, and make it so that we could scale across different parts of the sales funnel. They’ve worked all around keyword research, strategy, and building campaigns. Additionally, they’ve helped with ad copy, even though we provide most headlines.

We have one project manager, but we’ve also worked with the founder. He’s very accessible as well.

How did you come to work with Conquerrr?

I’d managed paid programs for previous companies. I reached out to Conquerrr because I’d worked with them in a former position and had an excellent experience working with them.

The first time I met the founder, we started with a pilot program and did a limited scope. I enjoyed the level of research and interviewing they did to understand our business, challenges, and goals in our market. I felt they made sure they understood our challenges, and they were very professional, accessible, and reliable with their reporting. Overall, Conqueror was well-organized and highly cost-effective for what they provided.

How much have you invested with them?

We’re on a $2,000 monthly fee, but we’ve ramped our media spend almost three times. Now, we’re spending approximately $20,000 a month on advertising with Conquerrr.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest achievements we’ve had in the last several months are budget optimization, keyword analysis, and bidding. Moreover, we’ve been able to double and triple the number of meetings that we get directly from paid advertising.

How did Conquerrr perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very organized; it’s like a well-oiled machine. I’ve worked with many paid search agencies, and they’re probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. The team is dependable and process-oriented; they don’t lose track of our requests and priorities.

For project management, they update an ongoing shared document outlining what changes are made. Also, we have biweekly Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very knowledgeable, accessible, and incredibly cost-effective. We’re comfortable managing $20,000–$30,000 per month because they’re just so good at what they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’d be nice to have Slack or more real-time communication in addition to emails. Sometimes we just have quick questions, so we don’t want to call or wait a week for an email response.

Start with the pilot service and see if it fits your business needs. Conquerrr is very flexible and quick to adapt. In the first 30–45 days, it’ll be obvious if it’ll work or not.

We had a discovery call to share our company branding guidelines, and went over our goals for the campaign. Then, they sent over a PPC weekly update example of what they would look like and went over what our Google Ads campaign would consist of including a landing page for our website.

Our Google Ads are successful thus far. We have been receiving inquiries on an almost daily basis and have been reaching people worldwide looking for our services.

We mainly communicated through email and were pretty quick at responding. They send over a weekly update of our Google Ads and what they have been working on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are all around professional and knowledgeable about what we were looking for and always ready to help us with making changes. They are a great team and have really enjoyed working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have not found anything negative working with them. They have always done what we asked and are always ready to make changes.

Perform an analysis of our existing Google Ads campaigns, keywords, targets, etc. Conduct research on target audiences and overlooked keywords, as well as eliminating redundant or ineffective keywords/audiences. Schedule rotating ads and conduct ongoing testing for ads to optimize cost per click/lead.

The whole team is very professional, and they communicate well. They had no problems working alongside an existing vendor that had already created our website and other graphics, including banner ads.

I would prefer if I did not receive daily emails about an upcoming invoice being due. I'm sure they are automated, and an occasional reminder is helpful, but every day for 10 days leading up to a due date is unwelcome.

We got the results we were looking for with the budget we had allocated for these efforts. Our project ended due to the budget.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Results are monitored and strategies tweaked weekly with reporting and dialogue between Conquerrr and myself happening weekly or even more often if needed. We touch base often, they listen well and modify tactics immediately when directed to gain desired outcomes.

However, they also advise, research, and justify their recommended moves with best practices. All deliverables have met or exceeded expectations.

Effective and timely meetings with visual documentation, screenshots and full explanation of all planning and actions taken.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Davit is the leader and talent. He never seems rushed, distracted or deterred from what he knows to be the best path for our company to take based on his research and experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are careful, and consistent at the project start, however, 30 days in they shifted into higher gear and now our performance analytics are solid in all areas. Looking forward to continued bold, but calculated improvements to stay consistently where we want to be with sustained growth.

We wanted to increase our online sales. We originally worked with Google Ads directly. However, Google encouraged us to spend as much money as possible but didn’t tell us how we performed. We hired Conquerrr to optimize our PPC program and ensure we spent our money wisely.

During the first phase of the project, Conquerrr reviewed our Google Ads platform, provided an overview, and told us what was and wasn’t money well spent. Afterward, they tried new programs and strategies every month for selling through Google Ads. Their team provided a report and removed the old equipment from Google Ads to add new equipment.

We saw their profile on Upwork and then searched through their website. We reached out to them but also gathered three different quotes from vendors. They were the cheapest option and after talking with them, they seemed knowledgeable.

Conquerrr probably saved us $5,000. It’s hard to quantify sales through Google Ads. However, they definitely optimized our platform. We also received sales from their work.

Their team’s on top of the project. They clearly explain strategies and always do their work on time. We use Google Docs to ensure everything’s updated on both ends and use Zoom for meetings.

Conquerrr was selected by our Director of Marketing, as she had worked with them before at a previous organization and had seen great results.

Conquerrr manages various facets of our Digital program. Majority of time spent is within our Google Ads account, including tasks such as keyword research, budget management, tracking and reporting. Additionally, Conquerrr has experimented with channels we hadn't considered, such as Quora, Reddit, etc.

Our organization made the pivot to spend more time focused on Landing Page optimization, so now Conquerr has taken initiative to stand up a more robust Conversion Rate Optimization testing program for our landing pages via Unbounce.

The team provides Weekly updates and Bi-Weekly calls in which we discuss the previous weeks performance, outcomes, and the plan going forward. Our internal provides occasional feedback on performance and direction, but majority of the strategy planning and execution is performed by Conquerrr.

While we have primarily focused on lead generation for Sales pipeline, we also tasked Conquerrr with increasing registrations for a Virtual Event. Through their work on Google Display Network, we surpassed our goal for registrations. We have seen a steady flow of "hand-raisers" come in via PPC campaigns.

Very effective workflow, with the Conquerrr team sending concise task items for me to complete as necessary, though that didn't come up often as they wholly owned majority of our work.

We hired Conquerrr to run our social media advertising specifically for LinkedIn. We wanted to make sure we found someone that would optimize our campaigns, pivot when campaigns needed improvement, but also the ability to meet every week to understand what exactly was happening with our ad spend.

Our two main goals for this project are to generate leads and create brand awareness.

Davit had reached out to me directly on LinkedIn. We weren't happy with our current vendor and so I started looking around. Davit was so friendly, easy to work with, and gave us a very reasonable price for what we were looking to accomplish. I am very grateful that he reached out to me!

Every week Davit will optimize our campaigns for LinkedIn and retargeting. We created the messaging and gave Davit assets to work with. Davit meets with me every week to go over improvements for CPC/CPM, budget spent, where to optimize etc. Also, Davit set up the proper tracking for the campaigns and is available by phone and email whenever which is great!

I work solely with Davit and will sometimes bring the CMO into this project as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far working with Davit has been great! He is readily available, has made some major improvements, we hit our goal of the month of March and so I am looking forward to our continued work together. We generated over 50 leads in 3 weeks so the sales team is quite happy with that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We put together a solid strategy to make sure that our budget/spend was well optimized. Davit has been a huge asset in doing so.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Conquerrr is always looking for ways to make improvements because optimization is always there. Davit never will be stagnant with these campaigns and comes with suggestions and makes tweaks so we get the biggest bang for our buck.

It is really easy to spend a lot of money on LinkedIn ads in particular, but Davit has made sure that our spend has been worthwhile. On top of that even being in a different time zone he is always available, which makes it really easy to communicate.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We made a change together from CPC to CPM which brought our leads down from 10 to 0 for the day. We definitely should have weighed that decision together before we changed it! Also, would love to go over monthly metrics in our meetings as well to understand what is performing best, how much money was spent etc.
