The results have been outstanding. Since partnering with Conecta361, our company has experienced constant growth in visibility and new business opportunities. During a board meeting, our founder highlighted that today we receive in a single week the same number of quote requests that we used to receive over an entire year. In addition, we have opened new business opportunities with large and prestigious companies in Uruguay, which demonstrates not only the volume but also the quality of leads generated.

I am the general manager at El Novillo Alegre, a meat production company founded more than 50 years ago with around 70 employees.

We have physical stores but we wanted to innovate. Even though Uruguay is probably the first meat producer in the world, there weren’t many companies selling online. We asked them to develop a platform for online sales.

I already knew the founder of the company, knew about their work and I liked what they had done. At first I wasn’t completely sure about the project as I didn’t know if it was going to be a good investment, but we decided to give it a go.

We started working together in 2017 and the engagement is ongoing.

We didn’t know what to expect because we were facing an untapped market—people were not used to buying meat online—but we’ve had great results. We currently have about 120 delivery orders per day, many of which come through the e-commerce platform.

We communicated through email and held meetings. They were very efficient and quick. They worked professionally and were strict with all deadlines.

The results exceeded our expectations. They took our needs and translated them into something even better, adjusting to our sometimes limited budget. What I liked most was the website presentation and image.

We’re very happy with their support, and we have a friendly and satisfying relationship. In terms of tangible results, our sales through digital channels are now about 15%–16% of our total sales.

So far, they’ve responded to us automatically. We’re generally the ones setting progress of the projects, but their performance has always been great.

Even our most experienced partner companies have sales rates of 26%, so for us, 15%–16% in just two years is a great success.
