We created the smartphone app during the Engineering Phase to help our inspectors automate meter readings. We met for a kick-up call to start the project and discuss the business briefly in detail. Then Computools created the initial design which was too close to what we had in mind. They worked with us on further developments until the site was signed off. Upon pen-testing the microsite, Computools has worked thoroughly and timely to solve all security issues and launch as agreed.
